Premetto di essere un operatore del settore.. è dal 20 aprile scorso (dunque due mesi fa) che abbiamo richiesto (pagando ovviamente in anticipo) un C.O.C. per un'autovettura FIAT, ma ancora non ve ne è traccia. L'assistenza clienti risponde sempre in maniera molto evasiva, senza dare alcuna spiegazione o stima relativamente alla tempistica di rilascio. Pessima esperienza, sconsiglio questo sito per la richiesta di certificati di conformità europei.
Aggiungo che in merito a continue richieste di rimborso, non viene data alcuna risposta. Oltre due mesi di attesa per il nulla, state alla larga da questo sito.

They asked more than 180€ for digital + post COC certificate.
If you ask the automobile manufacturer directly via their email adress they provide it for 0€.

GetCOC treats the order but is actually just an intermediary taking its comission. They just forward your order to the manufacturer. They will send you an email "thank you for the order, the delay of treatment depends on the manufacturer, we have to wait".

Outcome : the manufacturer sent it to me by post faster than GetCOC and costs 0€.

Summary :
- 0€ asking the manufacturer directly and faster in my case than via GetCOC
- more than 180€ from GetCOC to just forward my order and therefore no added value.
- when asked to get refund from GetCOC they rejected.

I paid more than 185 euros. At first it was said that the document would arrive at my home in 3 working days, but unfortunately it arrived in 8 working days, so I do not suggest that when you see the advertisement that you have it at home in less than 3 days, please get information before making the payment because the money will not be refunded.

O atendimento ao cliente foi sempre prestável e respondeu atempadamente.

Ho ricevuto l'originale del certificato ma ho atteso troppo a lungo.
Dovreste accelerare la consegna anche nei luoghi defilati rispetto al capoluogo.

J'avais besoin de mon Certificat de Conformité Européen a cause d'une erreur sur ma carte grise reçu très rapidement en numériques puis pas la suite en papier

I requested a Certificate of Conformity from Get CoC 3 weeks ago and have still not got it. They are now not even answering my emails, They state on their web page that they can be ready as soon as 5 minutes but in my experience this is nothing but lies and I feel that this company are scammers. Please DONT USE GET CoC for your certification. My 330 euros has also gone I believe.
I have just read Get CoC 's response to my complaint, they say they believe ny order is not real, threaten to speak to Trust pilot to have my review removed.
Well, Get CoC, my order number was 6793, you must have dealt with it as I am now in possession of the elusive Certificate of Conformity. Please explain how I now have it when you have no recollection of my order. Feel free to report me if you like, I will gladly send my cert to Trust Pilot

The service was as committed. The communication was appropriate about status. The timing was maintained. But at the same time -and it is the case at Fiat- the processing time was longer than in case of other manufacturers, as well as the cost was double!
The electronic version I could use well, but today I received the printed version and the printing quality is poor!

Das Bestellen war sehr einfach und unkompliziert.
Über Mail wurde ich ständig über den Status der Bestellung informiert.
Das COC kam etwas später an als angegeben auf der Website aber dennoch recht schnell.
Das COC kam per Mail und wenige Tage später auch per Post an.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
