Had bad experience with getcroissant

Had bad experience with service. My account suddenly was non reachable because of wrong password, but password was saved in browser and in my *.txt file too. After my request reminder of password, messages to customer support and to office in NY, any emails and support - completely silence and ignoring! On the same time I had appointed meeting and all meeting have to cancel. 24/7 - that about sleeping of support. Never will use, because alternative - myHQ, Switch, WeWork, Hotdesk etc.. always online. If here will be 0,5 stars I will put less thah 1star. Shame...

Croissant is the BEST

I've had Croissant for a year or so now and can only say great things. Love the coworking spaces in Barcelona -- and how the hours roll over from month to month. It ends up being far cheaper than paying for a coworking space. Because if I have to travel and end up using less hours, then they roll over to the next month and I can downgrade my plan. Love it! Customer service is quick to respond and helpful as well. I recently cancelled my account my accident, losing all my hours. When I came back, 4 months later, I noticed that all my hours had disappeared. I asked Croissant about it and they kindly gave me back the hours I had lost.

Disgraceful terms of service

BEWARE! Disgraceful terms of service. Having accidentally renewed my subscription that I forgot about, I requested that they refund the payment and cancel the renewal. Instead of doing so, like any normal company, they quoted their terms of service and denied my refund.

Croissant is a monthly membership, and we do our best to make it easy for members to manage their accounts. We send renewal reminders and offer flexible options to pause or cancel anytime through your dashboard. That said, we always try to be fair. While our Terms of Service state that refunds aren't guaranteed after renewal, in many cases we offer account credit as a gesture of goodwill, especially if the hours haven’t been used.

Untrustworthy Company

It used to be a good company, but since the pandemic they have not updated customers on what the situation was like for co-working spaces. Money was taken out when there weren't any services to be offered, so I was luckily able to get a refund and stop my membership. But it just feels like my money disappeared since this company did nothing to keep customers in the loop.
