Ordered a dual name 3D printed Gift which has not arrived. Tried emailing the sellor through PayPal and have not received any email that wasn't generic. After two emails then started getting an email saying they "due to the overload of emails we have received, there has been a delay in replying, so you may not get a reply until 48 hours. "

I ordered when I checked the payment the extra charge me. I've contacting they 6 times and they sayd after I sended 6 times the details of everything,that they can find....they are thieves...don't buy it

Same as the other reviewers - ordered a blanket on 12 Feb and received a confirmation email on the same day. No updates ever since and now the website is gone. I emailed them but it bounced back. I am contacting my bank to ask for refund and issue me a new card.

Pretty confident it’s a scam.

Received an email 4 days ago stating there was maintenance on the site and that the site will be down for 48 hours but will not take longer. They included an email address so you can contact them about tracking ect… the issue is that email doesn’t exist! I went to my order email and could see another email address to attempted to email that one however just like the first email it bounced and tells me the email doesn’t exist.

I’ll be contacting the bank today in order to get a full refund.

Seriously do not shop here, I promise you it’s not going to end well. (Pretty sure you won’t be able to anyways as it seems the website is still “down” or been removed)

Order at 5.feb.... no reaction for emails or anything.

Wish I’d seen this review before I paid £40 for an order I placed for a valentines gift for my partner and now I can’t find the website!!!!

Not a very good website at all, I ordered and paid for 2 personalised blankets and only 1 came, I contacted the company and they keep saying they are sending my item but after waiting weeks still nothing has come, do not order from this site it’s rubbish !!!!
