I'm very disappointed. the item does not live up to my expectations at all.
Half of my order is missing.
The goods are scratched and can not be used

The friendliness and professionalism was amazing 10/10 recommend!

I ordered a sportify plague with a picture. Wanted the picture changed and the costumer service were good and fast, and helped me change the picture without any setbacks or extra cost. So I was happy with my experience so far and was looking forward to receiving my packed. The day I got it through mail, I plague and unchanged and even worse I had written my name and my parents name instead of the artist. To my surprise it came with the artist name and the old picture. So I decided to write them a mail order about the issue and haven’t gotten any text back.

Don’t ever buy from them. They want you to receive the packed and return so they can make extra money of returning fees.

I would rather leave no stars. I placed an order almost 2 weeks before valentines day and still have not received my dads gift to my mom for V-Day. I am beyond LIVID. I have emailed multiple times and only received one email back with no answers or solutions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are terrible.

My wife loves her gift. It took longer than i expected but is Corona times so its okay. The quality of the image is wonderful thank you!!

My order took super long to get delivered and I had to contact their customer service multiple times however they had speedy responses and really helped ensure I got their product. Would’ve ranked it 2 stars if not for their customer service representative who was extremely helpful and professional!

Great customer service hope I get my package just ordered it so hopefully it comes soon.

Never got a product because I returned it but when getting my refund the service was nice

Horrible company! Don’t order from here! Ordered April 1st and never got my order and they will not refund me!

I place an order on 4/8/2020 and i still haven't received it, the only way to communicate is through E-mail. sent out an e-mail last week and still no response. save your money and don't waste your time with this company. they take your money as soon as you order and they don't bother to provide customer service. IT"S THE WORST!!!!!!!

First of all beware- this is a company in china. And you only find this out after you place your order. If there were zero stars as a option, that would be my rating. Once you order they immediately draft your account. Then 2 weeks later I got a shipping notification with a usps tracking number.It was been over a month since I ordered. Everytime I check the status, it shows exactly the same, in California. No responses to my emails.

This is the worst company ever!!!! i order this on Jan 23 2020 and still don't have it. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY TO GET A REFUND. I cant get anyone on the phone. They keep pushing the date more and more. I hate this company.I reported them to the police and filed and dispute.

Worst company I have ever done business with. Placed two orders on December 15, 2019 and paid for extra shipping with a guarantee that they would arrive BEFORE Christmas. The first item, a phone case, was delivered on January 4, 2020. Obviously, the first issue is that it was not here before Christmas. Second issue is how awful the quality is. It was darker than the picture I sent but my daughter wanted to keep it anyway. One day of use and the image was peeling off. After about 5 very very slow e-mails I was told I would receive a refund. STILL. WAITING. Now onto the next item. A pop socket. It arrived January 16, 2020. It was even more late than the other item and the quality is just as bad. It’s very blurry and super light weight. Basically it looks terrible and cheap. I took a picture immediately and have sent an email asking to send it back for a refund. I’m sure in a very slow manner I’ll be told that I’ll receive a refund. Will that refund actually come? I’m not holding my breath. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I am reordering the phone case and pop socket from Shutterfly. It’s only a couple dollars more and they’ve got great ratings!!!!!!!!!!!!
