I had a very disappointing experience with GetDismissed. Based on my experience, the service did not meet my expectations at all.
After paying for their service, the main support I received was a generic defensive letter, and I was essentially left to handle the rest of the process on my own. I was expecting more active assistance or representation, but that was not my experience.
When I realized that the service was not what I had hoped for, I contacted them to request a refund. Unfortunately, I was informed that they do not provide refunds under these circumstances.
Overall, I felt that the value provided did not justify the cost. I would recommend others carefully review what is actually included in the service before making a decision.

Sorry you feel that way but your defense was not a generic defense. Your defense was built based on your ticket and how you answered the questionnaire. No you were not left on your own. You purchased a full defense package and trial by written declaration to send to the court and we provided you that, the full services you paid for and cannot refund once services are provided in full

this company was useless
this company was useless. gave them the money and all they did was fill a form. they won't even email it for you. you have to email it and follow through. i don't see how this was helpful. waste of money and time. use some other company for sure.

You must be confused as you paid us not to file a form but to complete your full defense package for your traffic ticket. We did that and uploaded it to your online account for you to print, sign, and mail to the court. We provided you all the instructions for this. All you need to do is follow the instructions, however it appears that you do not wish to.
WARNING! WASTE OF MONEY! They do nothing!
GetDismissed was a complete waste of money. They charged $129 and all they did was auto‑fill a Trial by Declaration form that anyone can do for free on the court website. They don’t go to court, don’t submit anything for you, and don’t actually “handle everything” like they claim. They are not lawyers & do not defend you in court. Be aware most of their positive reviews are paid. Read the negative reviews & you will see a pattern. All have the same complaint. They also trick you into a membership & will charge your card without authorization each year. Stay away from these money grabbers! They do nothing to help you!

You seem to be mistaken. we do not auto fill a trial by written declaration. We complete a full defense package based on your ticket and how you answer our questionnaire. We have been successfully helping CA drivers with their traffic tickets for over 20 years and tens of thousands of tickets. Seems like you may be a bit of a troll or bot as you have been posting the same thing and more on most review sites. In fact in some of them you even state it's your daughters ticket, so you didn't even use our service. Please stop posting false information.

It’s not worth it , you could do it on your own it’s not easy at all. I have to drive to court you have to send paperwork certified you have to write a check for $286 to the courts I wasted $198. I’m a disabled person low income if you are disabled person don’t do it bad experience no communication they are NOT LAWYERS !!!! Maybe for other people work but not for me I did it on my own. I went to court in front of the judge. It was a lot cheaper doing it that way. I am glad my credit card company refund me the money.

Cesar your service is extremely simple to use and way easier than going to court. You just print, sign, and MAIL everything to the court to fight your ticket. This takes 5 minutes that's all. You may be just embellishing the process just a bit....so simple anyone can do it.

I assumed this company will do all the work for u but they don’t, they prepare the paperwork and u send it yourself. I asked for a refund and they said I signed a contract….do not use this company, use someone who will appear in court for u and handle everything for u. I paid $168

Margaret, you read and signed the terms of service. even on our website it states exactly what you need to do. Know that we completed our work and provided you service, you decide that you do not want to follow the instructions you agreed to and want a refund. Unfortunately, that's on you as it is your choice not ours, to follow the instructions or not.
