They ask us to update their renders even if they already have existing renders. We noticed that our property sellers love this ai. It will be a good option, if you could change some details by yourself (furniture, textures, colours) in the future.

The Floorplan team is being honest and I got my detailed floorplan designed in A DAY.

Just give them sometime to settle with the submissions, it may have some delays but it is never too late then never!

Did not provide any plans within the 1 business day timeline they follow. It seems like a scam. I am professional techie and I don't feel they need more than that to deliver via AI models, even though it might be in training. I have initiated a refund and waiting to get my money back.

Edit: (11/04) The project manager reached out with the plans and assured about the service. Plans looks good for referencing or getting an idea of the layout. They should work on the delivery timelines, updates and support.

I found Getroofplan in a post on Instagram that talked about this technology, and I decided to try it out to apply it to a real model that we propose to build.

The pros of this service are definitely the speed and the very affordable price, given the quality of the renders. The cons, regarding my case, are, for example, the fact that I cannot indicate certain types of finishing that are necessary for my situation right from the start.

I was very impressed by the virtual tour, which is excellent for making potential customers understand the spaces and dimensions of the rooms, although I would prefer to have the possibility to zoom out in some corners of the room for a better visual impact.

Usually, I design the model on Sketchup and render it with V-Ray, but this takes a lot of time and a very powerful computer.

In my dream service, I could personally modify the model to my liking once it is completed, but I realize that it would be quite challenging to do on an online platform.

I strongly hope for the development and success of this technology, which can significantly improve this industry.

I didn’t have to do anything!

Creating 3d floor plans with furniture takes a lot of time. All I had to do here was to upload my 2d layout and just a day after I’ve got a perfect 3d floor plan from different angles plus a virtual tour. I literally did nothing, I didn't even arrange the furniture.
