Issue I have is you ask me to go to…SHOP
Issue I have is you ask me to go to "SHOP" to track my order, that is another APP I do not want to add to my crowded phone, why not just provide the tracking number to the carrier and I will track using existing websites.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your concern.
The Shop app tracking option is generated automatically by the system, but you do not need to download or use the app to track your order. Once your order ships, we will send you the carrier tracking number directly, so you can track it through FedEx or any tracking website you already use.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience, and we’ll work on improving this part of the tracking experience in the future.
