As someone who is neurodivergent, process like this that invovle way too many documents and unknown people.... this can be a pain for me to deal with...And honestly, she has been the best. As a first time buyer, I had no reference to what was expected (and always heard horror stories about the process). She guided me through each process and explained everything to me. Even when I got all panicky about stuff. She was a star, she made sure I got the best interest rate. I would definitely recommend her service.
