The team has been instrumental in driving socials through our DMs. We launched on Meta three months ago, and the team brought up our CVR from 8% to 17% by looking at how people buy in the DMs and continuing to follow up on them if they don't. This is impacting decisions we make across the board and how we optimise our overall acquisition process. We can see how our warm audience buys (from socials) and how our cold audience buys (we have the DM system firing on our ads as well. It's ridiculous we have not used this so far. The most exciting is the recent release of TikTok automation, which the Grow Ai team offered us to be beta testers with no additional cost. We have a huge following on TikTok and we're stocked to see what the system brings to that channel. Everyone doing this now, is already ahead of the game.

We do lots of influencer collaborations and live videos on Instagram, which we've never monetized. In the first 30 days of launching the Grow AI system, we've tracked an additional 9% in sales in our Shopify that came from our live videos. We've left so much on the table.. We want to scale this to the moon with all our influencers! If you don't have engagement, this might not make sense, but if you have an audience and you're not tracking and automating your DMs, I recommend you look into Grow AI. This tech is a goldmine

I was shocked to see the backend of the tech, this is not something we'd be able to manage internally, so I guess we're stuck with Grow Ai. But the team is very knowledgeable, fast and troubleshoot everything for me. For example, I used to do Manychat myself, but Manychat support never answered my tickets, it was a nightmare. I suppose Grow Ai is an agency, they have priority. We've only made $4000 so far, but we've only started, so we are prepared to continue working and grow our DMs.

Jun Rex Bungabong has made this entire process painless! I am not the most tech savy, I can do most things but to be honest it frustrates me if it gets tough and I can't figure it out on my own. Thats why Jun has been so helpful always ready to answer questions or make easy to follow videos that I can impliment to create what is needed. So far I am very happy with Grow AI!

Our account manager is almost a part of our internal team, and GROW AI is a crucial tool for our DTC business. It helps us see how much revenue each post is generating and understand how our audience buys. We have a unique customer journey that requires multiple touchpoints we couldn't deliver efficiently, but with DMs, the system follows up with our users for 6 weeks, delivering value that translates into sales. If you're not tracking revenue from your socials, I recommend you have a chat with the team

GROW AI has made it easy for me to see how much revenue my socials are bringing. The communication in Slack is seamless, and our teams have an efficient workflow around posting regularly. Definitely worth the investment

I'm back with a second review, because it's not every day that someone at a company goes so far out of their way to help you. My contract with GROWAI finished in December. They were amazing, I loved working with them but the way things were flowing for us, we no longer needed several thousand dollars worth of account management fees each month, so we parted ways amicably and I am eternally grateful for what they taught me and how our account is currently set up.

AND!!! Even though I'm no longer officially a customer, their team STILL takes care of me. If I have an issue on my account, instead of saying "sorry, your time is up," my account manager Elbano Morales responds every time and squeezes me in between other current customers.
I would never expect this, and it speaks to the level of care these folks have for their clients. It also speaks to the personal level of care Elbano has for his clients. I didn't get a chance to work with anyone else at GROWAI except for Elbano, but seriously - this guy is the real deal. Not only is he smart as a whip, quick, efficient and good at coming up with ideas, but he is also KIND and a HUMAN, which is really rare to find these days in this dog-eat-dog online business world.

As advertised! Grow AI got to work immediately on our Manychat funnels right after signing up. The people we worked with have all been very communicative and helpful with the process. I really enjoy my first month working with GrowAI. It's an interesting system to engage customers on social media and give them the marketing offerings you already have! Our first 36 days we've gotten about US$20K and 600 emails. The best part is my project manager, Elbano.
