I have two children with ADHD and we use this at night to calm their systems down for sleep. I have anxiety and it helps me when I am overly anxious.

The taste is amazing

The taste is amazing . No nasty chemical after taste. I'm not sure if it's me or what but I even took 2 30 minutes apart and didn't really feel anything. My tolerance isn't that high. Not sure but really wanted 5 star .
