Told me that going to Mexico for other health options that Mexico doesn’t have any good doctors and I was making a huge mistake. I’m good on all you racist, who don’t give a thought about my health and want to charge me 500 dollars a month that doesn’t even cost hospital or pregnancy

I had a horrendous experience working with this organization. I didn't realize it was a general website that could go to a variety of different healthcare brokers. I called and spoke to broker Rafael Lakshtanov on 6/16/26. After an hour on the phone ended up getting a policy to begin on 7/1/26.

I called back 6/19/26 when the credit card charge was not the correct amount. Apparently, my insurance was set-up for 6/17/26 through 6/30/26, as opposed to beginning on 7/1. I can't understand how that mistake was made when we discussed my needs in detail.

The new person I spoke with on 6/19/26 - Giovanni Marrone (NPN# 21104755) - set me up with another plan through a different provider. Unfortunately, the information he gave me was also wrong. I was told that it was $25 for appointments with my primary, $50 for specialty care and my out-of-pocket maximum would be $4500/year. When I got the paperwork, my out-of-pocket maximum was $9200/year, I had no coverage for specialists, and I could only have two primary care appointments a year at the $25 rate.

On 7/22/26, I called back and ended up getting a customer service line for representatives who serve 100 different insurance companies. Ostensibly, I now have another plan starting on 8/1/26 that is significantly more expensive but more in alignment with what I was promised previously. I'll have to wait and see if it is actually the plan that was promised.

I would not trust any broker that you get by calling this company. I don't know if it's a training issue or intentional deception, but my experience is that they are not trustworthy and tell you that you're buying a product that does not match what is actually sold.

As other reviewers have noted, I also received many spam calls after using the website.

I called for temporary health insurance options until open enrollment is restarted in November. Once the "advisor" gave me a quote which I wrote down, I told him I wanted to check with some other options. Mind you, I had 15 missed calls from other companies during that call alone. He got upset that I wanted to check with others before giving him a premium payment, and he belched in my ear and then said I wouldn't be able to find anything cheaper! The audacity!

I mean, I don't care how low the quote was, I can go to the insurance company directly and skip the a**hole behavior. Never call them!

I was called to tell the insurance quotes and I was evaluating different health insurances. The agent gave me a quote and I said I will get back to you later, because I was evaluating the quotes from different providers. I wanted something cheap because I’m currently unemployed. He literally ended the call by saying no you are not going to get back to me and you’re just going waste some other agent’s time. Now even if I did find his quote the cheapest (which I think is impossible), I’ll still not have him as the agent coz this is not the way you talk to anyone, let alone a potential customer!

What a dumb joke. Company calls and promises plans that do not exist. If you get caught up with them call your bank and do a charge back.
Their website is very scammy(no contact phone etc.), you just have to look closely. Don't feel bad if you got caught up with this, the healthcare system is a mess and everyone is looking for an affordable option. It makes people vulnerable.
Just take action and trust that this company will be brought to justice.

I made the unfortunate decision of putting my phone number into their website and have received an unrelenting wave of calls. Bout to answer as the sheriff's department and see whether they will stop

I wish i had read the reviews first. I agreed to purchase a health plan but what they don't tell you is that in order for it to be processed you have to agree to receive emails, texts and everything under the sun through the American Business Association for $6.95 per month. AND another subscription for ANOTHER $31. 05 per month through the American Business Association AGAIN. Of course these fees are not something they can remove. I don't need student loans or travel info so why should it be included in my health insurance that you're making me pay for? NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!!!

I wish I could give them zero stars! I have received calls every 2 minutes since 8:47 am, it is 3:25 pm as I write this. I have asked several different people to stop calling me, telling them I am no longer in need of their services. Instead of honoring my request I was bombarded with questions regarding what health insurance I chose and how much I am paying for it. Just leave me alone! They continue to call nonstop, all day. Regardless of how many times you request to be removed from their list. This was very disruptive to my work day. Below is a list of the times and numbers that called.

We received 87 phone calls from multiple phone numbers 320-228-9479, 320-268-8237, 320-244-3184, 346-461-1964, 618-374-0807. every one was same person trying to pull off another Minnesota fraud. Asked to remove our number and continued to get calls from a call center I believe.

First, I filled out their online form inquiring about health insurance this past Saturday and selected a callback for today (Monday at 10 a.m.). Despite that, I received numerous calls throughout Sunday, which I did not answer.
When I spoke with them today, the experience was extremely unprofessional—it felt like speaking with teenagers running a scam. I became uncomfortable when they informed me that they were located outside of my state and told them I wanted to do more research. At that point, they hung up on me.
Since then, I’ve been receiving calls from their phone number where no one says anything.
I would not recommend filling out their online form. Their conduct was highly unprofessional.

I was trying to obtain online health insurance quotes at this website. I was surprised to find that it would open the floodgate for unrelenting phone calls. I received my 1st call @ 11:33 pm last evening. They picked up again today at 7:11 am. They haven't stopped - So far I've received 107 calls. This is criminal & abusive.

Please do background checks before you put your phone number into places. i got 19 calls in one day. Half of those in the morning. From early 8 a.m to 3p.m. When I answered stating to stop calling my number, they kept going afterwards and the next day I got 4 more calls. I also got 9 voicemails, ALL IN ONE DAY. unless your phone is dry, need to get revenge on an ex, or want to take your anger out on someone, dont fall for these websites. all i wanted is a quote, not to be harassed to death. thats how I found out theyre a scam, because they kept harassing me.

SCAMMERS. I clicked submit after w I realized this is not an official health care. Within 20 mins I received a total of 7 calls and this is after I blocked a few numbers. Finally took the call and told them to remove my number. The calls finally stopped. This is not an official gov healthcare site.

I’m just tryna get a quote and inquire about the plans. But this rude agent, well he gave me some prices but the agent was so rude and said told me why am I even called and i’m just wasting his time!! Cuz he want me to secure a policy right away but I said I’m just tryna ask quotes first! His name is Steve or Steven!! Don’t ever inquire here

Browsing the internet for quotes I get to gethealthcoverage .org and start filling out info for the quotes. I could not move forward without pressing speak to a representative, so as im o the phone with representative, the same company is blowing my phone up back to back to the pon I just hung up and now they keep calling my phone every 5 to 7 minutes. Im so frustrated, all I wanted was a quote not be harassed

Total scam, you click “submit” and then instead of giving you health insurance quotes you get spam calls from mystery numbers.
Never use their site if you are in need of health insurance.

I was trying to get health insurance and I was talking to a woman and she was very rude and being sarcastic. I am employed but I got hurt on the job so I haven’t been working for nine months now and I need to pay out of pocket for an exam on my knee, she asked what can I pay I told her anything that is around $25-$75 a month and she said that I can’t even by a pack of bandaids with that BANDAIDS DON’T EVEN COST NO MORE THAN FIVE DOLLARS and going to ask me if car insurance or a persons life is more important. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TALK, LOOK UP THEIR SITE, OR EVEN THINK ABOUT THEM. And they keep calling I have told them about the woman and I don’t want anything to do with them but they don’t care they will constantly call you saying that they are independent.

I should of looked up reviews before using this! Eleven calls in twenty minutes! The website definitely sends out your number to million different places!
