I wanted to give a huge shout out to Ayanda for helping me find a solution for our customer. She was willing to reach out to the customer directly to help her wtih the issues she was dealing with. The customer later reached out and said the problem was resolved.

Kevin was excellent! As a new member of Hearth, he went above and beyond to make sure we troubleshooted all my questions and was extremely patient, honest and friendly. Hearth is lucky to have him on board!

First off, I would like to apologize to Robert and the other customer service representative I spoke to on the phone. I came off a little cold and unengaged with both customer service representatives because I thought they were AI Bots. Robert and the other customer service representative did a phenomenal job on the phone in answering my questions.

It was a pleasure connecting with the Hearth team (Julio and Camille). They were very responsive and helpful with my inquiries. I applied for financing to see my options and to no fault of your team, I did not like the options available to me due to the high APR. I will be paying for this project in Cash instead.
