Placed an order on Friday when the product I wanted was clearly in stock, I even checked after my order was confirmed and there was still more left in stock, I expected it to be delivered by Tuesday then I got an email Tues at 7pm to say it's out of stock order something else due to a "technical glitch" thats after the order was already confirmed and I know there was at least 7g left, one thing I despise is liars. After being a customer since around 2018 I will never return, they could let me know earlier so I could find a replacement elsewhere. Done with all CBD for good, its either moldy or tastes nasty.

Love this company and the fast delivery service, package comes discretely packaged.

I order regular and lately been taking ages for my parcels to come an been running out despite paying for the 48 hour delivery tried to email about it and they took no responsibility and blamed Royal Mail

You should go for it. Took me a week with pre rolls in my basket. I wasn't sure but went for it and I'm so glad I did. Customer service are the best I've ever dealt with. Not because of any problems. I had to tell them how happy I was with my stuff and they were so lovely

Great Customer Service.
Unfortunately, I never had the chance to try their products, as the Postal Service took a nice picture of the envelope but did not actually deliver my order!
When Gethemp heard what had happened, they immediately reached out to offer a replacement or a refund. Due to my complete lack of faith in the Post Office, I chose the latter. This was issued the following day.
This shows me that Gethemp are a very honest, sincere, customer-centric company that cares about their customers & the service they provide.
