Attempted scam
I agreed to use the sevices of this outfit almost 12 months ago. It soon became clear that they could not be bothered to help me with the difficulties I was having downloading their software and eventually I gave up. They did not contact me thereafter to try and resolve the problem. I believe I foolishly gave them my debit card details, I cannot remember whether or not they took payment but one year on the have attempted to take payment from my card indicating that it was a renewable contract. My bank alerted me to the attempt to take payment and have cancelled it, I would never wittingly engage in a renewable contract for such a service.
I have just discovered that they informed me just over a month later that they had cancelled the subscription so attempting to renew it 12 months on is blatantly dishonest.

Denmark knew everything that needed to be checked to resolve my computer/printer issue. He explained things to me in words that made it a little easier for me to understand. He was very polite and patient with me. He was great!

Earvin Joshua Castro the senior tech…
Earvin Joshua Castro the senior tech support do some work on computer. He is very knowlegeable about he technology and doing the video conversion and to disable the pop up notification on my software most all the time and adjusted the setting on Get My Driver and the SMUD to turn off their pop up notification.
some of the junior tech can't do it.

Downloaded an app and it created many issues.
I had downloaded an app to assist me with a problem. Unfortunately this app did not work for my situation and created other issues. I tried to uninstall it but it had many other items with it and couldn't uninstall. Tech support took are of all my problems and repaired issues I didn't even know they existed. I highly recommend their service. I use this service often and each time I receive perfect service. Thank you Iolo From Karin
