Launch medical of late is a now scam disaster, has lost all of its credibility. I need a replacement part, and now this is almost impossible. They keep their line open and never respond. This is a real "your fired' company, (without a deserved firing quad). There must be a way to filE a formal complaint, if this a registered company.

I would give this company a ZERO if possible. Ordered the product with (misplaced) confidence that since it had a "money-back guarantee" that if it didn't work as we'd hoped, we could get a refund. HA! Don't fall for it. Tried to return the product within the timeframe and was told we would get a return label and refund. Never happened. Called back a few wks later and was told we were outside our return window now and basically - too bad. Asked for SV and was then told they had to escalate the case and SV would contact us...nothing for a few more weeks. I kept after them and was told that they were behind (holidays) and someone would reach out. Again, nothing. Now they won't respond at all to my emails. I don't bother with phone calls anymore, I'm sure I'll get another lie. Please don't waste your money like we did.

They have stolen my money and I have nothing to show for it! It is now February and I ordered in October 2025. Delays, delays..then.in December, I couldn’t access the chat feature to speak to representative. So a week later I tried to call. I was on hold for 8 hours (just multitasked while on hold) and NO ONE picked up. January- their website is completely down. I can’t see my order, my status or anything. I just lost $600 - I’ve never been scammed this badly by a supposed “legitimate” company. I don’t know what to do to get my money back!

I ordered the Phoenix and smart ring in Sept, waited till December to call, was given the supply chain crap, waited 2 weeks called and canceled my order. was told a refund would arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Called again in 2 weeks, talked to a rather nasty unprofessional fellow named Chris. It is February and still nothing. I think this company is stealing people's money and I am going to get screwed like so many others. They are now not answering their phone and Emails

SCAM!!! I ordered the Phoenix and did not receive the anticipated results so I returned it within the trial period for a refund. I was then told that there is a $97 restocking fee, which i didn't like, but ok. It has been 3 months and still no refund, After many excuses, no one now answers the phone and the website will not allow you to access your account. Don't walk, RUN from this place.

I ordered this for my husband for an early Xmas present and never got it. I asked for a refund and they said it would take about 10 business days or whatever and never got my refund. I went to their website and it’s down now. What’s the deal with this anyway? I want my f@cking refund and I had paid the full price on my credit card in which I have to frickin pay back btw. Welp… I guess I learned my lesson on this scam. Smh…

I placed my order in Sept 2025. I still haven't received my order and the website is down. They haven't replied to any of my emails since October 2025. No one is answering their customer service phone. I call the number 1-866-781-9616. I have been making monthly payments through Affirm for 4 months now and have been trying to cancel my order and request a refund. So frustrating.

Paid in full for product .Never received merchandise. Can't even get in touch with company for a refund. Pissee

Phoenix/Launch Medical has a 90 day return policy. I made my request to return the unit and get a refund. They issued an RA. I returned the unit timely. They have ghosted me. They do not respond to my communications. I want my refund.

Like others on here I ordered the Phoenix back in August and have still not received. I followed up with Michael Kristensen multiple times via email and got this bogus reply "Our apologies, we are not receiving the normal amount of units in our shipments from our manufacturing partner, and this along with unprecedented sales has left us in a backordered status.

The manufacturer is sending us more units each week to help fulfill the backorder. Your order should ship out to you within the next 10 - 15 days."

It is now late January and their website is down...and their support number just keeps you on a loop, Michael's extension is no longer valid. Crooks!

Paid for The Phoenix at the beginning of Sept, 2025, and sill haven’t received it. After promises of a delivery by Michael Kristensen (his extension #107 no longer in service), there is no way to contact the company. I’ve literally been on hold for an hour tonight to speak to someone. Tried emailing owner, Dustin, twice but he won’t respond. It’s past the timeframe when I can dispute the charge on my credit card. Just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I got scammed too. The website is down. They do not return calls or respond to emails. Sending in a dispute with my credit card company.
I even emailed the owners, Stephanie and Dustin Wolff. No response.

Like so many other people, I ordered mine at the end of November and we are now approaching the end of January. I have not received a single reply to an email nor have they picked up a single call when I call the 800 # nor any sort of update through their website on the status of my order.

Ordered product 08/28/25 and was charged based on order not shipment.
Cancelled order and refund request 11/21/25.due to lack of shipment. Obviously, they do not maintain an inventory. The cancel and refund order was acknowledged by automated response on 11/21/25. Called concerning refund 866-7814-9616 was told may take 20 days for refund to be processed. It has now been 60 days with no refund. BEWARE this Company

Ordered in October 2025. It's now January 2026. Despite numerous phone calls, speaking with someone there, and receiving assurances it was only a week or two away from being shipped, still nothing!!
Now when I call no one picks up.
Do not order from them. Compete Scam!!!

Same as everyone else, ordered, supply chain issues, no product almost 4 months later. stay clear

I ordered the phoenix in October 2025. I waited like everyone else did. I contacted them via web chat to check the status. Was given the supply chain excuse. They told me they expect to have it in 2 weeks and can ship it out then. I contacted them 2 weeks later, again, still supply chain issue. They said next week. I waited 2 weeks before trying to contact them via the web chat, only to find it no longer works. So I sent an email asking about the status. No response. I tried calling the number and no answer. I waited another week or so before asking for a refund. No response. I tried calling again, no answer. So I just sent another email, again. I also tried to log into the existing customer portal to see if there was any information there, and it wont work. Doesn't do anything. At this point I'm convinced this was a scam. I'll be filing a report through better business bureau, contacting my financial institution to put a dispute on it and let them investigate it further. I'll also be sure to comment on as many platforms and social media as I can to help inform people of this wrongdoing so others can avoid.

As others have mentioned I ordered my product in August of 2025. When it didn't arrive by October I e-mailed and was told they were shipping them out as fast as possible. By December I still hadn't received it and asked for a refund. Was told it would be processed in 10 days. Here it is a month later and I still don't have the refund. Web site Chat links don't work and phone number is a joke. Don't waste your time or money.

I have sent multiple chat messages and emails with no response. Iv also stayed on hold for 40 plus mins multiple times and no one picks up the phone.
I have requested a refund of my order with also no response.

Was told product had part delays. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Contacted them 30 days later and they still had part delays. Requested a refund numerous times via email, chat and phone. All I get is that it takes 10 days to process a refund. Here I am 25 days later and no refund.

DO NOT BUY this product or deal with this company.

By their actions they have convinced me they are a scam operation.
