Didn't receive an order confirmation. Paid for expedited shipping on 1 October, have not received anything yet (today is 11 October). I have sent various emails to their "customer service" but I've heard nothing back.

Based on other reviews, this company looks like a complete scam, and I don't understand how this company has not yet been closed down by authorities.

The company DOES NOT TAKE RETURNS, other than if the product arrives damaged. So don't buy anything there. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This company is a scam. There is no number to call for customer service. I paid for expedited shipping and didn't receive my order for a month as a result missing the event that I was supposed to have it for. Once it did arrive the quality was AWFUL. Buttons sewn together shut, cheap fabric and odd sizing. Would love for someone from this company to reach out for a refund.

I'm not even slightly dumb when it comes to this stuff...

But this is the worst product I have ever ordered.
It is nothing like what it would appear online.
No confirmation email ever came.
Website is a looped nightmare.
Returns policy timeline cancels itself out.
Description so vague as to negate any opportunity for refund.
I got scammed for £38 when I tried to quickly purchase what should have been a nice product.
Bad for industry as will think again before impulse buying fun looking things again.

I placed an order on August 19th. Today is September 21st and I still do not have my order. Currently, I'm short about an $100 with no merchandise.

The quality of the shirt I ordered was okay, but I ordered based on their sizing chart, which was a huge mistake. I received a product that was much too large. They claim that they will allow me to exchange the product for a different size, but I can not get anyone from the company to respond back to my request. Absolutely horrible customer support.
Additionally, I never received a tracking number, and I received my shirt late. Save yourself a headache, and order from somewhere else.

Getonfleek are complete scam artists. I placed an order and never received an email with shipping information. Four weeks later the item shows up and the quality of the sweatshirt is awful. A sweatshirt should feel thick and warm. This material was paper thin and synthetic, which felt cold. I emailed them since there is no number to call and got an automatic reply stating a response takes typically 2-3 days. It's been 12 days. According to their website, you only have 14 days to request a refund. I will be calling Visa on which it was charged to see if they can help as they often do with scams like this.

Ordered a tracksuit. Two weeks later they sent me a tracking number which didn't work, and still doesn't work. I've sent multiple emails and have posted on their Facebook page; they just ignore it. Don't do it! I know the novelty looks SO fun, but it's not worth losing a hundred bucks over!

What clothing brand would put forth the blatant lie that they ship out their items within five days? Well, they don’t. It’s been nearly three weeks, and I haven’t even received the sweater I ordered. At this point, it’s not even worth it. What’s even more funny is that there is absolutely no way of contacting the company on their website... how strange. I had to hunt for a phone number online that was obsolete, which game me an email to contact. I sent an email out three days ago, and still no reply. This company is a joke. They don’t even have a record of my tracking on their shipping provider, DHL. Don’t order from this company.

I am not someone who usually leaves reviews but after my experience with getonfleek I don’t want anyone to go through the same.

I ordered a tracksuit( which took over a month to arrive) and I was hit with a custom charge of £25 on top of what I already paid and had to go collect it from the local post office. The tracksuit itself cost $99 which is outrageously overpriced for the cheap material and manufacture involved. It’s terribly stitched together and looks like someone learning to sew for the first time has made it. Yes the design I am happy with but the material is so cheap and shiny it’s completely not what I expected. After receiving my item I am extremely dissappointed and gutted I didn’t listen to the reviews online. Yes the company has funky and different designs, but honestly, for the price they charge it’s not worth it at all!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They Say free delivery anywhere, yet when it arrived in the UK (A month later) i had to pay customs charges. After contacting them I basically got told to deal with it. The quality of the product is awful the stitching is coming loose out of the packet. The material is shiny and cheap. Looks nothing like the pictures. Save your money and time I wont wear this out of principle.

please do not shop here. its a scam website. I ordered from my mobile phone but felt like something was sketchy because it didn't ask for confirmation before ordering (it just ordered in one step & took the payment), AND the confirmation email had no legitimacy links and legal information in it. it was just like some text as if a friend wrote you.
so I started searching and went deeper in the web. the reason why they look legit is:

they have people on the hashtag #getonfleek on instagram.
they have a nice looking website and even an app - that's rare for scammy chinese companies to spend that much on websites
they had lots of people who tagged their instagram account.

In conclusion, they spent sh- loads of money on fake marketing, to a point where it's veery difficult for you to recognise at first. and believe me, I am not a stupid person. I checked all of these before buying. they looked fine. they needed another hour for me to see it was actually fake.

worst quality product I have ever ordered and longest delivery time I have ever experienced. Sizing incredibly inaccurate.
Horrible customer service, no replies to any emails sent

No communication, no responses to emails, no bought merchandise, no shipping confirmation. Wasted $140...

I'm not even gonna lie.
At first I was skeptical due to all the crap reviews! I ordered my joggers around April 12th and got them May 3rd and I like them. :)
So I give a 3.9

Notice how all reviews are either 1 or 5 stars? This company is a scam and leaves fake reviews to make themselves look more legit. Some of the 5 star reviews are even exact copies of each other from different "people". Don't waste your time and money on this site!

It was a really bad experience shopping from them. Not Recommended at all.

I am not happy with their shipping. I am waiting for this from 2 months and it arrived today.

Had to throw away the hoodies immediately on receiving. They were so miserable.
