We had a great experience using Ridley to sell our home. The entire process was straightforward, efficient, and much easier than expected—and we saved over $50,000 in commission. Surprisingly, the process was even easier than working with a traditional real estate agent.

I would highly recommend Ridley to anyone looking to sell. It’s the only way I would choose to sell a home again.

We used Ridley to sell our home in Boulder in August of 2025, which makes us an early adopter. We found the process to onboard our home simple enough to complete in a couple of days. Once listed, we quickly started receiving emails from interested buyers and within 5 days of listing, we were under contract. We leveraged a number of vendors recommended by Ridley including a photographer and the legal team. We enjoyed being deeply involved, from staging to photographs to negotiations to closing the deal and we especially loved saving $63,000!

We had a great experience. We were able to go under contract and sell the house in under 75 days which was much lower than average days on market in our area. We were happy with the sale price, all the support from Ridley, and how smooth the entire process was.

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The interface was clean and easy to navigate. Communicating with our broker during closing and setting up showings was seamless, which made the experience feel well managed throughout. Highly satisfied overall.

Using Ridley saved me thousands of dollars. About 13,000 to be exact. Ridley is perfect for those who like to manage and be in control of the decisions they make. The process was not anymore difficult compared to when I had previously used an agent on my other home, but instead, I was in control of the process.
