As the owner of a small marketing consultancy, keeping track of income and expenses used to be a constant headache. Since starting with Sequence about 6 months ago, I've completely transformed how I manage both my business and personal finances.

Honestly the automated financial router has been such a LIFE CHANGER - I can now automatically split my income between business expenses, taxes, personal savings, and investment accounts. No more manually moving money around or stressing about missing transfers.

Honestly I was skeptical at first about another fintech tool, but Sequence is different. They're not trying to be a bank - they're focused on giving you better control over your existing accounts. Plus their customer support team is incredibly responsive and they're constantly shipping new features based on user feedback.

If you're running a small business and want to get your finances on autopilot while maintaining full visibility and control, I can't recommend Sequence enough. This tool has literally changed how I think about money management.

CAN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH!

I've been a Sequence user for nearly a year now. I have two small businesses - one subscription based, one rental property holding. Sequence allows me first and foremost to easily untangle the "how does my money move", not just for my personal life but for all of my businesses as well. Sequence also allows me to be specific in knowing who has access to what money and when. By creating a checking account and debit card per vendor, I've eliminated the risk of fraud, overdrafts, and over-payment by vendors. On top of being an excellent platform and product, their customer service is the best in the industry. They feel like a friend, not a bank, not an online forum "we'll email you in 1-2 business days", or a chatbot with unhelpful information. The community they've built is helpful and they're leading it.

Love it. Helps keep everything organized

Sequence has completely changed how I manage my business finances. I love the smart rules feature which allows me to automatically set aside money for taxes. It takes one worry off my plate, knowing that I’m prepared for tax season! I’ve reached out to the Sequence support team a few times, and each time they’ve been incredibly helpful! Their responses are quick and thorough, which makes using the platform even easier.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sequence. After making legitimate transactions and using the service as intended, my account was suddenly closed without proper explanation. To make matters worse, the cashback rewards I was promised were withheld, despite being assured earlier that they would be included in the final payment. Additionally, I never received the remaining balance from my account, despite multiple follow-ups. Their lack of transparency regarding the terms for forfeiting rewards and their poor communication has made this experience frustrating. Sequence needs to be clearer about their policies and ensure that customers are treated fairly, especially when they have acted in good faith.
