Good arrangement

I'm a bit of apprehensive booking a land arrangement tour, (includes hotels and tickets of places we went), since i have't experienced this yet. I was brave to message Gets Holidays inquiring a customized Golden Triangle tour. (HOPING and PRAYING THIS GROUP ARE NOT SCAM hehe sorry.)
Prachi Varma Executive Travel Advisor, was so quick to accomodate me with my queries. And from there we exchange emails and introduced me to the rest of the Gets Holidays crew. All GeTS executives/representatives understood our requests very well during communications and helped us create an awesome tailored package tour plan.
From the initial contact, to our arrival at the airport, with Mr. Arshad patiently waiting for us holding a placard. Me and my husband were assured by Arshad that their company is legit. Actual signing of contract for the tour was made. From there i felt relieved, assured that we are in good hands now. We're welcomed a daily phone call from Miss Ritu Chaudhary who checked on us everyday and made sure our plans and our expectations were met.

True enough everyday our tour went so smooth and was delivered to us as planned. We were so much in awe how everything was arranged accordingly. The places we went were so amazing and incredibly beautiful. To the local guides on the various parts of our tour were outstanding & excellent. So passionate in their craft, caring, actively sought feedback during and after the trip.
Mr. MAHI, our whole day tour guide in Delhi you are remarkable, excellent, very knowledgeable tour guide. and patient. So grateful to him.
Mr. JUGNU "the firefly" our tour guide in Agra you were so funny, you have some sense of humour, and so well rounded in your task. You see to it that the tour will not go unfinished.
Mr. Nadeem, our tour guide in our Jaipur, though it was only for short while (half day), you delivered also awesome job. And to MR. RAM, our very silent yet passionate driver for 4 consecutive days, we felt your love in your work Ram our best driver for the duration of our tour who drove well and ensured that we were comfortable at all times. The vehicle that we rode in was clean and had good air conditioned. You always made sure Ram that we were safe in your hands, you were very polite, kind and professional all through out our journey, and this made us MISS YOU A LOT. Take care Ram.

So glad that we used GeTS Holidays during our visit to India last July 19 to 22, 2019, a 3 nights and 4 days "Golden Triangle Tour".
