I have had a build up.of plaque on my bottom front teeth and was always conscious about this reoccurring and needing to go to the dentist. After having my dentist cancel appointments and wasting my time I thought I would give this device a go...

My first time using the device I was not impressed, most likely from trying to get familiar with holding the device and looking in the mirror.

I gave the device another go, and was very impressed by the results, I was able to remove decent chunks of plaque by tactfully placing the flat and needle heads to then work my way away from the gum.

Overall, my teeth felt cleaner and there are no visible signs of plaque which is what I purchased this device for.

I'm normally sceptical buying things like this in case they're just a fad but I had to review this - I finally caved in and bought the powder after seeing all the social media ads, used it for the first time yesterday and I noticed an instant difference! 😃 It's removed the worst of the staining and I already feel more confident about smiling.

I wouldn't rely on it solely and will still visit my professional hygienist every 6 months for a thorough clean, but for a quick fix to give me a nicer smile, I'm happy!

I have emailed this company trying to get spare brushes for the ultra sonic Pro, no response since January. Poor customer service. Although I can't fault the product, it would be nice to be able to continue using it

Great whitening paste, this does work. However the toothbrush itself jumps between the settings and is incredibly sensitive, it turns itself off. Waste of money

My teeth have never felt so good. Stains are gone, fresh breath, and sensitivity has disappeared. A great product.

I was very disappointed that there were no detailed user instructions included. Someone could do harm to their teeth and gums if not used properly. I have had to Google user instructions and watch videos on YouTube, not good enough.

I've tried whitening products in the past with little success, now I'm genuinely impressed with my initial results. It leaves your teeth feeling extra clean. I'll continue using it and provide updates.

My toothbrush doesn’t work have emailed customer service last week and no answer. I want my money back

I'm am completely in love with this product!! Ordered the unit and PIP whitening powder while scrolling instagram! Don't usually order from social media but the advert really caught my attention! I cannot say how much these blew me away!! I could see an immediate difference in the shade of my teeth, as a smoker, fizzy and coffee drinker my teeth have been off white for a while and this has altered that to another level giving me so much more confidence in my smile again! Suffer with sensitive teeth at times but this hasn't triggered that off at all! So happy I made the decision to get this product and will use for many years to come!! Recently contacted the team with a query and they got back to me so fast, we're really helpful and informative! Great company and fantastic product! Highly recommend!!

I bought their teeth cleaning kit and after only two uses I can honestly say it's being fab. For hygiene and a whiter appearance I wouldn't be without mine. Definitely worth having one for a brighter smile 😁

It is not possible to buy replacement heads for the 2nd generation toothbrush. They are out of stock and smirk do not know when they will be available.
2nd generation replacement heads are not listed on the website so I inadvertently bought first generation heads which are not compatible. It was not obvious to me that I had purchased the 2nd generation toothbrush.
Smirk have ignored by last email and continue to aggressively advertise a product which is pretty useless if you can’t buy replacement heads!

Purchased the kit and after seeing some reviews I thought I’d wasted my money. When it arrived, I tried the tooth cleaner and wow, it’s amazing. The difference in my teeth in a week is brilliant and I’ve had people compliment them. I don’t use the toothbrush attachment as I like my oral b brush but the cleaning tools are fab. I also got the whitening powder which I have used a few times and can see the difference. Well worth the money

I have now been using this for the past 6 months and I am really impressed with my results. Have recommended to many friends :)

Love this toothbrush and all of the whitening / cleaning extras. Really quick delivery and the charge lasts for a long time.

Recently lost the charger and Matt sent me out a brand new one free of charge. Very happy customer.

Definitely buy one of these if you’re unsure. I had to go back to an old oral b brush when mine ran out of charge and it reminded me how great smirk is

I have had this product for a year and it's been a life changer. It really helps get rid of staining like your teeth feel after seeing your dentist. For hygiene and a whiter appearance I wouldn't be without mine. Definitely worth having one for a brighter smile 😁

This is the most flimsy tooth cleaning product I have ever seen.
I was shocked when it arrived two weeks ago. The toothbrush is so light weight ( it resembles a toy toothbrush) ! it just vibrates lightly when powered on …..I would be cautious to use the flat tip & needle tip attachments…. it looks like they could damage my teeth and gums.
The instructions attached were non existent & as flimsy as the ultrasonic tooth cleaner pro.
I have emailed Smirk twice to confirm my disappointment , requested details on how to return this for a full refund.
Bedsides the initial generic reply ( confirming someone from the smirk team will come back to me on my query).
There has been no follow up at all from the
Smirk customer care team .
I would certainly not recommend this product/ service to anyone.

Fantastic Service From Rob always a pleasure to do business with would highly recommend.

Is way too 'tingly' for even mildly sensitive teeth.
No way to return, as had to try to find out how unusable it was.
Was told "you can use it as a toothbrush" ... really? I have a very good one!

This is the worst toothbrush ever. The adverts are misleading. Do not waste your money on this.

The button incredibly sensitive so it moves easily between settings and challenging to turn on and off. The additional attachments can be dangerous if not used appropriately. It’s a horrendous experience and you’re unable to return to get your money back.
