We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we also can’t find any record of your account or campaigns in our system. If you could please email us at hello@getsoundlink.com with the email address used to sign up, we’d be happy to dive deeper into your results and understand exactly what happened.

We pride ourselves on our customer support; engaging daily with our customers to make sure their campaigns are optimised and their results are within expectations. It genuinely surprises us to hear that you felt onboarding or support was lacking. If you did run a campaign with us, we’d love to learn from any shortcomings and see how we can improve.

We also want to note that our reporting is among the most advanced in the industry, we’re the only platform to provide full transparency on the number of listeners, streams, and followers for each campaign. If there’s anything you felt was missing, we’d really like to hear more so we can continue improving the product.

We’d really appreciate the opportunity to investigate and make this right if you did run a campaign with us.
