Yesterday I received assistance from Lei. After a few days of calling from one company and again bounced around to this company and bounced around to that company I was extremely frustrated. He understood my frustrations, took patience in diligence dealing with me which I've really appreciated. He made sure to explain everything in clear detail to me. Ultimately I hung up the phone extremely happy and satisfied with the service that he provided, whereas I was steaming red hot. So much so that the fact he went above and beyond for me I felt it necessary to go above and beyond to leave him a review to express my gratitude for his service. He is definitely an asset to this company and I wish nothing but blessings, Grace, and prosperity and this man's life.
