As a millennial who grew up with unfettered internet access, it was easy to sink into a porn addiction. I thought it was completely normal and even healthy - before I met my wife and problems started to show up in our relationship. It took me a long time to understand this and seek help, especially because it's kind of embarrassing to go to a therapist in person or attend group coaching, but this program is different, and was perfect for me, so I am glad I did it. There is such empathy and kindness shown to you here; no shaming or anything of the sort, even when you fail to stick to the program at times (which is fairly normal given the nature of this addiction). Kristina's understanding of the root causes of addiction and what your brain really craves absolutely eye-opening, to say the least! It's made me change how I approach my sexuality. I promise it's 100% worth it. I have been working on this for about 3 months now and I am so thankful to her for essentially giving me a new lease of life when it comes to my sexual health and wellness!

Kristina is a very thoughtful hypnotherapist who has spent years developing her program to help people like me. My problems were disruptive to my home life, my sleep and started to affect my work. The program has put me back on track.

For anyone struggling with porn addiction, this is a great program. I work long hours most days of the week, and the thought of having to meet with someone in person about this would keep me from doing anything about it. Being able to read through the materials and have manageably sized exercises that can be done at own pace changes everything. To give it the best results, you need to go into it that this will be a lifestyle change - it doesn’t just shut off a switch. It’s like any addiction and takes work to refocus how you live, but this program makes it easier to approach these changes with confidence and strength. If you’re struggling and want to change this addiction, I don’t know of any other program that is both this effective and discrete.

Great method, truly recommend to anyone struggling with porn addiction. It helps you get down to the root of the problem and guides you to develop better response mechanisms to your impulses. The program is well developed, 5 stars for sure.

Love it, big believer in this method. Tried the free trial program for pleasure pathway and it was really informative. Was not expecting how hands-on it would be but the exercises work. Similar to TINSA but laid out in a way that you can actually use.
