I lost £730 dealing with these clowns.

They did not reserve the plane ticket I wanted and when it came to booking, they told me it was lost (tried to blame the plane but that was bogus). I then had to get connecting flights and paid £600 on top of what I agreed with them.

Then they were supposed to reserve me a taxi driver to pick me up in Makkah. I had my whole family including young children no cab driver in sight. They charged £130.00 to reserve this when if you if you go in person, we ended up paying no more than £80.00 for a cab.

The whole thing is a scam start to finish and the reviews on this page are most likely scam. I warn you very much against using these scam artists for your trip to Umrah as they will scam you for every penny and not refund you when they were in the wrong clearly every time.

I'm writing this review to warn others about the stress you might encounter if you choose this agency for your Umrah booking. What was supposed to be a dream trip turned into one of the most stressful experiences of my life, all because of this agency. The person handling my travel, Zarak, made numerous mistakes from the start. Initially, we were quoted £3,400, which we paid, but just three hours later, I received a call saying I needed to pay an additional £600 for luggage, which was never mentioned before. Then, they informed us that the flight we selected was no longer available and offered us another flight with unfavorable conditions. Ultimately, we ended up paying an extra £1,000 to include luggage and secure a decent flight.

But the stress didn't end there. When they applied for my mother's visa, they told us it would take three days, yet we waited 11 days and had to pay an extra £145 to expedite it. We received no hotel confirmation or transport just a voucher until I made countless calls. Zarak was often unavailable to help; sometimes he was in meetings, and other times they said his grandmother passed away , sometimes in the hospital. I found it hard to trust any of this. They would sometimes ignore my calls, only to respond when I called from a different number. When it came time to check in, they told me not to worry and just go to the airport. When I insisted they ask me to pay 35£ for each person to check in .
From the beginning, they kept saying "don't worry," but I was extremely worried. With just a few hours left before my flight, I was still on the phone trying to sort everything out.

Please, save yourself the trouble. This agency is unprofessional and not worth your time, money, or peace of mind. Consider booking with someone else or doing it yourself.

They are scammers. Please don’t book any umrah packages from them. I booked my umrah package from them paid £5200. Flight and umrah visa. They offer me pegusas airline from Manchester 21 December 2024 to Jeddah and from Jeddah 3 January 2025 to Manchester with British Airlines.I agree with this dates and flights. When I transfer full amount of £5200. They send me 21 December same pegusas airline which is fine. But return flight Aegean airlines 2 January 2025. I told them why you change airline and date. They told me British airlines tickets all sold out. I told them than refund my money back to me. They told me your little daughter is going to be over 2 year old. We will charge you £750 more. I told them I send you passports pictures why you didn’t check now you ask for more money. They told me if I email them saying cancel my package they will refund £4450 only. Than I realised it is scam. I informed my bank about all matter. And I reported to police also. I was calling them there staff was laughing on phone. Miss maryam sold this package to me.They send me account details of TIME TRAVEL LIMITED. I paid £5200 to TIME TRAVEL LIMITED. I contact directly to TIME TRAVEL LIMITED. Mr. Harris and Mr. Durhan help me out with this matter. I told them what happens to me they were shocked as well. But finally I get my money back with the help of my Bank,Police & Mr. Durhan.
Please it is my advice don’t use them. I suffer lot of stress due to poor customer service.

They gave Saudi visa within 30 minutes they are very friendly staff and great and fast service I really appreciate them.

We got an Umrah package from them and they were really helpful. They got me a visa at a time when my nationality is usually rejected for Saudi Arabia visa.
They were really nice in handing the tickets and everything. Had super cheap flights as well.

They were able to secure a umrah visa for us at a time when it is very difficult to get a visa as a pakistani.They have been very helpful along the way and we're able to find a flight for us very cheap.

Zaraar was fantastic and so helpful found me the best flights to suit all my needs and continuously kept in touch to ensure everything was fine even after my mum returned from hajj, will definitely be using zaraar again for all my future holidays in sha allah
