Had a pair of the Galvinators for two years, maybe 30 rounds. Good fit, comfortable but then the sole on right shoe delaminated.
Took a long time for response from CS and then after a lot of back and forth was told because I didnât but through their website they couldnât do anything. I bought them at one of their retail partners so if I was the retailer I would be concerned. In the end I got a $100 gift card. Bought one of their light weight carry bags as from now on I will only buy shoes from actual shoe manufacturers. They seem to stand behind their product better.
Didnât received my order
Didnât received my order, was confirmed 12 days ago, on the order confirmation it was promised delivery within 3 days. I chased up a few times by email, no reply, Cant get through to the number provided on website. I ordered them for my golf trip, now I am back and still havenât received

I bought a 400⬠golf bag for my husband (who already has 3 bags... and who golfs once a week approx...) so his bag is used normally...
After less than 1,5 year the zip of the main pocket has brocken !!
I wrote to their customer care and they could not care less. 400⬠is a lot of money for a bag. His other bags never had such an issue. I STRONGLY advise not to purchase from this very poor quality brand...
Very poor delivery service âŠ
As a regular Gfore customer very disappointed with Service this time. Under delivered on delivery time , limited contact , sent 2 separate packages which were delivered on different days causing confusion on the order. Contacted customer service twice and only replied once. Poor and from reading other customer experiences itâs time they sorted out their Warehouse personnel before they start losing more customers

Terrible
Terrible, and I mean, TERRIBLE company. The shoes were badly photographed, the ones I received bore no resemblance and the fit was horrible.
On reaching out to the customer services team for returns advice, 3 weeks later, nothing. Literally, tumbleweed. Yet, I keep receiving a consistent stream of sales emails for the brand which is impossible to subscribe to, seemingly.
Either take your £150 and flush it down the toilet (free postage) or go to footjoy....

The products are good. They are also well designed and nice materials. They are however to end price, sadly the Gfore Uk based company are worse than useless. Iâve had goods turn up with smashed boxes with sellotape on. Wrong sizes sent etc. The problem here is they have no customer care. Once bought you are forgotten. Not a company to work with.

This is a fake website mirrored off the American original!! Ordered a pair woman's shoes in ⬠euro's. The amount on my creditcard was 20$ more and came up with error message DO NOT HONOUR and a tracking code that leads to nowhere "no code was found". Transaction went through. The customer service email bounced when trying to find out where my shoes were. Never received a reaction ans still NO shoes, nothing! Don't order off this site.
Poor product and worse customer service
I bought a few pairs of shoes, hats and a bag two months ago from G/Fore through their online store. It took almost 5 weeks for the order to come through, despite the company committing to 4 day shipping.
On one of the pair of shoes, the area at the laces failed and the leather tore at the second time of use. After writing to customer care and the returns department, I was promptly told that it is not a manufacturing defect.
As someone who works within the golf industry, to say I'm flabbergasted is putting it mildly. This happened with 90 days of purchase (less since the product was actually received), which is in the footwear commitment section on their website.
For a shoe to fail on the second use is not right. I have had to contact G/Fore's UK customer service team on multiple occasions now and I have to say they are the worst company to deal with in golf here in the UK.
For anyone who is considering a purchase, I would not recommend it (again, putting it mildly)

I have taken a look at the shoes, and it looks like because these are two different styles (G/Fore Knit Camo Longwing Gallivanter vs Camo Knit Tuxedo Gallivanters) , and because one is from our Men's 2021 collection, and another is from our 2022 collection, sizing can occasionally differ from style to style, especially if those styles are from different years.â
Why have the same cm in the shoes 2021 and 2022 when is not the same? This is why people return things all the time, plz put the right size on the shoes befors u sell them.
