Believe this company are now known as Goedhart Motoren, from correspondence and messaging on my order, but I was absolutely delighted with availability of RSV Mille R parts required, that subsequently arrived to me in the UK from NL in less than 10 days. Parts were full OEM as hoped for. Highly recommended.

Fatal,pagué 780€,espere dos meses,i me llegaron repuestos que no sirven....Aros,....juntas....fatal

Llevo esperando un repuesto desde el 7 de diciembre y no hay respuesta, creo que deben revisar la logística de envío o la empresa de envío porque es demasiado largo el envío que estoy solicitando.

Nunca mas comprare ni compraria aqui...despues de devolver un pedido desde hace semanas aun no se a solucionado el problema del reembolso...empresa nada seria...aconsejo no comprar nada...

The right product for a good price and fast delivered

Parts Rebulic made it for me easy to find and order necessary parts for my not so young bikes ( Honda XBR 500, BMW 1100RT) quick, easy and for an affordable price! The prices are ok and the shipping easy going.

Very good feedback. One part was not available and another one was a little damaged. I was anounced and a discout was offered to me. 10 out of 10 for the team. Profesional staff.

They work with a warehouse.
I ordered 8 sparkplugs and received 2.
They admitted the error (essentially not checking the warehouse delivery to them).
They acknowledged send the 6 remaining sparkplugs.
After five weeks, nothing. Useless exchange, the warehouse is not responding to us...

Agree to refund minus for two sparkplugs.
Problem, they selectively choose items from the invoice.
Whilst I take the grand total minus 2 sparkplug

They skip some extra fee for paypal. 1€30, not a lot but that was the fee for 8 sparkplug not 2. So instead of 3.5€, a spark is 4.2€.

To sum up, they had time to solve everything, they didn't.
They don't refund you honestly when it is exclusively their fault.

The product had long delivery time but they sourced it from another provider to shorten the time. That have happened only when I asked about the shipping estimation, so it is much appreciated if they took that action more early.

Customer Service is pretty good. I like that they provide translation in most of the european languages.
It may take a bit sometimes till you get your parts, but never too bad, also considering that I had shipping to Germany. Totally ok
