Ghosted has the BEST customer service. When I emailed with an issue, they fixed it right away. I could not be happier. To Kim M and Ariana O, you ladies went out of your way to help and I truly appreciate it. And the ghost bed is as comfortable as they say it is. Not worth the price
The bed arrived without issue. The frame was easily enough assembled but it was just an ugly Hollywood frame that was insanely high and not very sturdy. We ended up not using the frame it came with and buying a brand new one off Amazon instead. The bed itself is not very comfortable either. It gives way too much. You just sink into it. If you sit on the corner it just sinks all the way down to the frame. I love using tshirt sheets because unlike regular sheets they always stayed easily around the corners of the bed without readjustment. Not the case with this bed.. I had to buy those stupid clips to hold them in place because the bed sinks down so much the sheets just pop right off. My husband and I started having back and neck problems almost immediately. The pillows are even worse: Unbelievably small and too hard. I ended up giving them away to someone who said they'd like to try them. This person would later donate them..
The biggest problem with this bed is that it makes the claim that you can just return it if you don't like it. This is simply not true. Not only will most people throw out their old mattress when a new one comes, it arrives in a tiny box. They must have used some real industrial equipment to squeeze all the air out to make it fit. You will never be able to fit back inside. You will also be responsible for repackaging and shipping. Which is nigh impossible. Additionally, once you make contact with them they will drag out the process, be slow to answer emails? Transfer your calls, etc. until your time elapses. You will never get your money back. We haven't even paid this monstrosity off yet. It won't be paid off until Oct. 11 and it has begun creaking. Do not buy. You will regret it! I have never regretted a purchase more!
Very very poorly
We have had the bed for less than 5 months now and have a major problem with the mattress. After I reported it, I was told to send it in.
We are not going to send a new mattress once you have sent it, we will check it to see if we can repair it, first of all, how do they think we have to sleep on the floor or something. so I don't recommend buying anything here. I recommend Amzon to do something with this.
and if Rebeca is really your head of complaints, I would quickly hire someone else for that, I have been working in retail for 20 years but I have never encountered someone who was ruder.

No Refund After 4 Months
Our experience with GhostBed has significantly fallen short of expectations. Initially, we reached out to GhostBed in January to initiate a return for our mattress, diligently adhering to their return process via ShareTown and forwarding the receipt from ShareTown to GhostBed's customer service. After a prolonged wait, it wasn't until February that we received communication from them, promising a refund within the next 15 days. However, the promised refund period lapsed without any reimbursement. Attempts to follow up through three emails and four phone calls were met with silence, as none were acknowledged or responded to. Consequently, we were compelled to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and initiate a chargeback through our credit card issuer. As of April, the dispute remains unresolved. Based on this experience, I would advise caution and recommend against making purchases from this company, especially since this appears to be a recurring issue for many other customers as well.

Do not buy from this company. We bought a mattress that we ended up returning. We ended up not liking the mattress, but the problem is with the return. The return was made on February 8th. Today is March 12th and I have yet to get a refund. I have been told 3 different dates the return was started. Each one later than the last. I will never do business with this company again and I hope no one else does either. They are crooks who will take your money and not give it back.

It's a rather long story. But if I could've gotten the Venus Williams mattress anywhere else I would have. From them having the mattress to ship out to a "shipping delay" to switching to another one that could ship out immediately. It's now been four days and no tracking info. That doesn't sound like available for immediate shipment. I give up!
Worst mattress I have ever brought
A relative ordered me a superking mattress from ghostbed through amazon.the mattress arrived within a week.it was wrapped in a protective plastic which was black with dirt,and had a stale smell, I put it onto my bed base and sat on it,I knew straight away it was terrible, the sides just crushed down and it was like sitting in a hole,it's so soft and weak that I could feel the springs through the material (which is the reason I needed a new mattress ) when you lay on it your head and feet are in the air and your body sinks into the mattress, it's awful, after one night's sleep my back feels worse than ever, terrible quality, terrible to sleep on,you would be more comfortable sleeping on the floor,it was brought through amazon and it was a gift to me,so after reading all the bad reviews on trustpilot I won't tell the relative who purchased it for me, as they are old and would have trouble trying to get a refund, and don't want them to go through that.do not buy a mattress from this company as you are waisting your time and money, just read the reviews here,not amazon as their reviews are good ! Ordered a bed + foundation + pillows + sheets bundle on September 29th 2023. Ghostbed was quick to send the frame, bed, and ONE pillow (there was supposed to be two), but not the sheets. I ask support once per month about the status of the extra pillow and sheets, and each time I'm told "next month". Except today, when I was told "actually we never received a photo of the box that the single pillow came in so we can't do anything about that", even though previous communications with support told me that they realized I'd only received one pillow and the other was covered. Frustrated, I just hung up on support; I don't have time for these games.
Previous tickets always gave the response of "we're a small company and we try our best, please have patience with us" and I DO empathize with that, and I DID have patience. Where I get frustrated is that the initial order didn't mention anything about a backorder and it's been over 4 months and I'm still missing items. There's a line somewhere to be drawn, small company or not.
I give up. I don't expect to ever receive these items, at this point.
The bed (Matrix 3D) is good. The one pillow is decent. Unfortunately, I'll never know whether the sheets are good or not. I'm very disappointed with this company and urge others to avoid them.

The mattress purchased was extremely uncomfortable. We contacted Ghost Bed on the last day of the Guarenteed trial period. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and could not sleep well on it. we tried a padded mattress cover that did not help and then we tried a 3 inch mattress topper. That also did not help. We were told that it is too late to return the mattress. The reason that they claimed it was too late to do anything about the mattress is because the trial. Is not actually how long you have to sleep on it, it starts the minute it leaves their warehouse.
I was told that itâs right on their website when you click on frequently asked questions. I read reviews, but having purchased mattresses before I didnât feel the need to click on âfrequently asked questionsâ.
They were extremely rude and disrespectful. I was told that one solution they had given me (a mattress topper) was not true. I was told if it was sent through that it would have been denied. They refused to give me any contact information stating that you needed to call customer service to contact any upper level corporate supervisors.
They donât feel that their trial is misleading because it is buried someplace on their website.

They have website setup so when you are declined thru the financing they illegally take it from your bank account then refuse to cancel the order even when you IMMEDIATELY contact them they tell you they will not cancel and ship it anyway then when you ship it back (we didnt even allow it to be taken off fedex truck) they still hold your money and refuse to refund it so you have to file with your bank and wait 120 days to get it back. They need to be put out of business, only way they are in business is by trying to force you to take their beds thru illegal practices. RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT STEALING $1000S FROM YOU AND RUINING YOUR KIDS CHRISTMAS BECAUSE OF IT!!

Worst customer service I have experienced! Everything they promise is to get the sale. Once they think they have your money they go silent and stop returning phone calls. This company will do whatever it takes to sell you a bed.but nothing to honor even the bare minimum level of service they tout. There is zero communication. I wonât buy again from GhostBed.

Product and customer service for this company is beyond awful. The pillow I ordered was advertised to be a firm high loft .. it was not. After making numerous attempts to initiate a return (at my cost to ship) I was finally given the go ahead and have now been waiting 3+ weeks for a refund.

This company was heavily promoted by Veterans and hopeful Politicians on the Unsubscribe from both Apple Podcasts and YouTube. I purchased the Split King Adjustable bed as I have 2 multi-level spinal fusions and chronic pain from them. Sleep is very difficult for me and this company as well as their spokesman Eli Cuevas lead you to believe that this is a great company who cares and provides a phenomenal product. They do not. They lead you to believe that they have great customer support with helping to pick the right mattress and ensuring you get a great nights sleep. They do not. After spending over $5100 on their setup which they price at over $10000 you might expect that you would be getting a new condition bed? You would be wrong. I randomly received my adjustable frames without ever receiving a FedEx tracking number, and 1 of the 2 boxes was literally destroyed. I called expecting that great customer service and the response was and I quote, "It only looks slightly damaged" and "You will have to take that up with FedEx" but I didn't purchase a slightly damaged bed, and I didn't contract with FedEx. They contracted with Fed Ex and you literally have no option to do otherwise when purchasing from them. Their response from their Director Dennis Manning, we can offer you a $100 return for having received your frame in that condition. I don't want $100 I want the experience you promoted, I want a bed frame that wasn't kicked from the factory to my gate, I want a mattress cover that isn't stained yellow in the vacuum pack. I want my $5100 to be treated with the same amount of respect I worked my tail off to earn and than was lied to in order to spend it with you.
Rude Customer Service
I ordered 3 sets of sheets on 11/24/23 for Christmas gifts and they have not arrived. When contacting customer service 12/18/23, I was told they were delayed until the end of Jan. Obviously unhappy that this was never disclosed but even more unhappy that my refund would take 10 - 15 days just to process, I ask for a manager. Ryan, the supervisor not manager, came on the line and was the rudest customer service rep I have ever spoken to! He not only talked over me but lied and said I was informed of the delay! He would not let me speak to another hopefully not so rude manager. I hung up and called back trying to speak to someone who would listen because that is all I wanted, to be heard! I worked in Customer Service for years and I am appalled that any CSR would treat a customer this way, much less a supervisor. My advice donât waste your time or money dealing with this company!
