Spirit Box SB11 ANC jamais reçu!

Bonjour, j'ai acheter une Spirit Box SB11 ANC
Commande n°27489 et je ne l'ai jamais reçu!
En première réponse ils mon répondu qu'ils aller voir cela et qu'ils reviendrais vers moi d'ici 40 jours, cela fais plus de 2 mois et plus de réponse.
donc j'ai payé 182,90€ pour une box que je n'ai pas reçu!
J'ai envoyer 6 messages mais personnes ne répons!
Je ne demande même pas un remboursement mais de recevoir simplement ce que j'ai commander.

The package arrived to the customer on time on June 18, 2024, USPS tracking LB467240896US. You had said the package was not delivered- we opened a claim for you and emailed several times. You replied saying we ignored you which made no sense since we contacted you about your claim (despite the package showing delivered). We even sent a message on WhatsApp which you did not respond to. We would love to post a screenshot showing the order number, your name and the USPS tracking number - but images are not possible to upload here in TrustPilot.

Better priced then uk but don't recommend buying

Better priced then the uk. But felt pressured in to buying extra shipping costs. I had a email from the company. claiming they aren't at fault if my order gets lost while in shipping. with the standard shipping. So I brought the upgrade shipping just to make sure I got my order. I don't recommend buying If you live outside America. because you won't be saving much.

Brilliant Guys!

Brilliant Guys!
I was let down by a dubious company called paranologies where I had waited 6 months for my order & told I couldn’t have a refund.
I found this site GHOST AUGUSTINE & took a look at their inventory.
I found better versions of the kit I’d ordered from that other place & the prices were better.
My order with them took 10 days from the USA to me in the UK.
Great shipping costs as well.
The build quality on their kit is first class & the equipment does as it’s supposed to with no issues.
I’ve since then ordered from them again & the order took 11 days.
Don’t get ripped off by dodgy sites like paranologies, shop at ‘GHOST AUGUSTINE.’ I can’t recommend them enough.
