I had a fantastic experience with Ghostwriter Experts. Not only did they provide top-notch writing, but their customer support was outstanding. They were always available to address my concerns promptly.

This company was difficult to deal with and I should have listened to the warning signs and stopped. But, I gave them a chance. I signed up for an article to appear in the Los Angeles Times and I paid $1,000 for it. Now they have disappeared, not answered repeated phone calls and emails. Basically, they stole $1,000 and I'm going to try to get it back. I'm beyond frustrated and alert everyone they are not to be trusted. I had repeated changes in my project, and more than once they asked the same questions. They also argued with me about the fee I paid, almost blaming me for not buying the most expensive package. The work they did on the press releases was amateurish and full of errors. I had to rewrite their work. Then after I couldn't reach them either online or by phone, I got an email from one of their employees telling me they are out of business and they were cheating their clients. She said she was working with a different company now. However, I don't trust this new development. Plus, she is trying to get me to buy more services from her.

The book cover they designed for me was amazing. It captured the essence of my story and drew in potential readers.

Their editing services are top-notch. They helped me refine my manuscript to make it the best it could be.

Ghostwriter Experts transformed my blog writing from mediocre to captivating. Their team of experts elevated my brand and helped me connect with my audience on a deeper level. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch content writing😉.

Paid this firm $1500 on 8/3/22 to write a biography of my brother. Have provided them with content, access to people, pictures, etc. They tried to upsell other services for additional money which fortunately I declined. Have received NOTHING as of 1/14/23. I have contacted them several times to request a refund only to be ignored. Clearly not a reputable company or deserving of your trust.
2/7/2023: I was contacted by one of the officers of the Company who was concerned about the situation giving rise to the review. After a lengthy conversation, the Company agreed to refund my payment of $1,599.00. I stated that I would update my review upon receipt of the payment. Payment was promised by 2/15.
2/16/23: NO PAYMENT REFUNDED. So that makes TWICE that they have failed to perform on their promise. Instead, the Company posts a response to my review blaming me for their failure to produce a book. Contrary to their statements I did respond and I did produce what was requested. I now understand the significance of their name - they are experts at pretending to be authors and then ghosting you when they fail to deliver on their promises!

These people have given me noting but the run around. I ask is that tall for money yes then they tell me they need more money for website. I spent $10000 I see a website I do t see anything being done. I would keep in touch with this girl Matilda after6 times of emailing her I never hear back as to what’s going on. Fred guaranteed me $1000-1690 a month $30000 a year and I’m not selling anything. I told them I was on disability. With the $10000 spent with them I could have paid my cards off if the don’t do something so I am going after them legally

I reluctantly purchased marketing services for my book. (*Reluctantly* because I couldn't verify any services that this company had provided other than ghostwriting; but they assured me that they had social media and marketing experts.) I paid for a six-month package. The services seemed OK in the beginning, but suddenly, after two months, there was nothing being done on my behalf. The project manager made several excuses but it was obvious that my money was not spent well. I can't speak to their ghostwriting services, but based on my experience, I recommend staying far away.

Update as of December 27, 2022: I'm updating this review to point out that Ghostwriter Experts continues to give me the runaround. They did not "carefully look into my situation." They didn't even get the chronology of events right (below). And the firing of a random account manager does not explain the three-month lapse in activity. It's ironic that they classify me as a "Deceased Client" when they are the ones who went missing in action. Again, stay far away from this company.

Despite numerous warning signs, I was stupid enough to hire this company for an elite writer and 2 expensive marketing projects. They did nothing on any of these 3 projects. For three months I spent hours working with them stupidly believing they were honest. When they quick returning my calls, I gave up and contacted my credit card company. Fortunately, 6 months after my first expenditure, my credit card company returned all the money to me.

This is a scam company! They constantly harass me and refuse to leave me alone. They call from multiple numbers and make a bunch of emails just to get in contact with you. I would think twice about giving them any of your information and most importantly your money.

They claim to have helped me write my book along with books from other best selling authors who do not use ghostwriters. They refuse to remove the titles from their website and are currently in the process of having legal action taken against them. My attorney and I have also filed complaints to their web host as well as the FTC.

Do absolutely not give this guy money until he gives you his services. THIS IS A SCAM. He's slow and unreliable. Don't get scammed like I did.
