Wanted to buy a Gattling water gun that is advertised online as being $79.95. Went in to purchase it and was told it is only that price online, in store was more expensive but I could do a click and collect. So I did a click and collect order but that was cancelled as they could not supply. I THEN WENT TO THE VERY SAME SHOP location and purchase the item off the shelf for $99.95. I feel scammed.

Hi Victoria, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand why this was frustrating. Our online prices can differ from in-store pricing, and while we do offer Click & Collect as a way to access online pricing, it’s clear that in this case the process did not work as it should have. The cancellation of your Click & Collect order followed by the item being available on the shelf is not the experience we aim to provide.
We’d like the opportunity to look into this further and see how we can make this right. Please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.
Quick online order and pick-up, and after defect detected they swap the product out no questions asked. Great service, thanks gift box team Forrest lakes Thornlie 6108.
