When I went to the web site it told me J p store @ penrith.I drove to penrith plaza ,.to that shop & it was a men clothes store my son found the correctstore and I baught a slushie machine.

I ordered 2 items and received 1 , I rang and she said yes she remembers the order and she made a mistake and I could come pick it up ! I paid for Delivery and I had to get my daughter to go to the shop and get my item as the assistant couldn’t offer me any other way of getting my item even though it cost me $10 delivery. Disappointing!!!

The initial order got mixed up (missing item) but this was rectified very quickly. I emailed at night and received a response via email with the issue resolved the next morning with a click & collect arranged. Impressive! The lady at the Giftbox store who then provided me the item was super friendly. Great turn around of a bad situation
