I ordered 5 weeks ago. It said it was an E-card and would be processed in 1-2 days. Then it said it would take 30 days for delivery. Today , I emailed said I had not received it. They replied they were waiting for a delivery check back next week. I responded, what will be the excuse next week. I received the same exact email. I sent a 3rd email and yet again received the same email reply.

So, then went to live chat and told them I want my money back now. "What is your complaint?" I told her. "Hold on I will check" What was her response? I basically got the email reply for a fourth time from her in the chat.

I told her I want my money back and if i do not receive it soon, I will have my lawyers contact them.

I purchased 4 gift cards totaling $4,000 on May 3rd, 2022. Their website states around 1 month for processing. I started communicating with them on June 6th asking about order fufillment and was told I would have them emailed by the end of the day. June 7th I was also told it would be by the end of the day. June 15th I was told they would be delivered by the next day. June 17th I was told it would be by Monday. Monday June 20th I was told by Friday, June 25th I was again being told Monday. It is now Monday June 27th and they are saying the 29th.

It's a huge Ponzi Scheme that they've lost control of. Don't waste your time or energy.

3 weeks of emails and no refund! This company promised me a refund on my Disney Gift Cards that were supposed to be delivered within 30 days. 36 days later no cards so I chose to get a refund that they offered me. They said it would be 7 business days. 7 business days later they said another 7 business days and then another 7 business days. After multiple messages trying to get my money back, I had to file a credit card dispute. It is not worth the stress dealing with this company. They can not stick to the timelines that they commit to.

I've used this company (without issue) since 2020 and never had to wait much longer than the 30 days advertised for Disney gift cards.

This time is different. My cards were due on June 4th (it's now the 27th) and they just keep pushing out the day after 'guaranteeing' delivery. They also continue to offer a refund, but I don't believe that either.

I believe this company is a scam, and it's starting to collapse. I'm going to try a couple more days to get my card before filing a refund request with them and my credit card.

I'm officially done using this company.

If you're here you most likely already know the 30 day and the 2 day delivery deal and are worried it'd never come like i was. A customer of mine had suggested this site to me so I went in blindly trusting it. Welp. I ordered $2000 in gift cards for like...$1640? i was in deep for a disney paris trip in august and purchased the cards in april. long story short, after about 4-5 weeks of me messaging back and forth every friday then finally threatening to cancel my order if i didnt get it by the next week, i got my order. They actually gave me $2100 for my troubles. 4 gift cards for $525 each. I was still skeptical and quickly moved the money to another gift card so the funds cant be taken away and i've officially paid for my trip now using these cards.
Do with this info as you will. I feel i may have gotten into my head a bit reading other reviews but the norton guarantee expired and like..felt sketch.

MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY! I paid for a gift card, was told to expect it in 30 days. I started checking in with the company at day 30 and I kept being told my product would be delivered "tomorrow" but IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I got really scared that I had bought into a scam and told them to refund my order!
I'm still waiting on the refund to show up on my credit card.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I purchased over $8000.00 of a Disney gift cards back in March. I have not received my order to date. I have tried multiple times to contact their support through email and chat and have been given nothing but false guarantees they would fulfill my order in 1-2 business days. That has been over a month. I have tried to request a cancellation and refund and they continue to tell me they will cancel in 1-2 business days and then refund in 3-5 business days. So far I have tried to contact them 3 different times to just cancel the order and they refuse to do so. They have a D- rating through Better Business and I can see why. Do not waste your money!

This company started out well, always delivering within the 30 day mark for Disney Gift Cards. Sometimes they were a bit late but not by much. However, over the past month they have started giving my the runaround on orders. Always asking for a few more days to complete it. Never delivering. Having to dispute with my credit card company now. I’ve come to realize that they are running a gift card Ponzi scheme. For new buyers they always deliver. But the longer you use them they start to push you off more and more. Eventually they can’t deliver. Their gift cards come from Sam’s Club who say they cannot verify anything from this company. Avoid using them.

Missed to read reviews. Purchaed a walmart card for 5k got a reply it would be delivered after a month. RED FLAG right there. Requested to cancel them right away , will wait for refund . But seems totally a scam site.

I bought a $1000 Walmart gift card for $900. The e-mail clearly said: "We will process your order within 1-2 business days. Disney gift cards are currently taking around 1 month. Please be patient during this time and stay safe and healthy out there." The card will be guarantee by Norton for 1 year. In a week they told me the card will be processed in one month. Then Norton informed me that its guarantee is over. 36 days later no card only promises. Beware!!!

Horrrrrible - Waste of time and most the gift cards they send are bad or the balance will go to $0 after a couple of days.

Not worth it AT ALL stay away!

First of all if this website and the deals with the gift cards seem too good to be true, then run, stay away because this company will only give you headaches! I purchased 2 gift cards. I received the email and try to upload it onto the app says its already registered. That right there is a red flag. I contact them and they said its specified on the website that you cant upload them.
They tell me just use the gift card to buy another gift card.. nope! You can’t do that. Ok i contact them again and said i want a refund. “Customer service” goes silent. I now checked the balance online and its now $10 short. At this point i give up and try to use it in the actual store with the bar code and they tell me its inactive.
Report this company to the better business Bureu! Stay away!
