Have had the best experience with Gift Card partners and Engage2Reward. Bruce Valen always provides the best customer service and goes above and beyond to promptly answer any questions we have. It's so refreshing to hear someone's voice and not have to deal with a chat bot!

Renate consistently goes above and beyond!
Renate consistently goes above and beyond to help, and she is truly an asset to this company. Her dedication doesn't go unnoticed — she brings a level of care and reliability that makes everyone's job easier.
One memory that has really stuck with me: I was out of the country and needed to get gift cards out to the staff, but I couldn't manage it on my own from a distance. We’ve been using them for over a year…
We’ve been using them for over a year now. Their website is easy to navigate, and they’ve worked with us on every order to make sure we were taken care of. Communication with customer service has been excellent, especially on orders where I made an error. We plan to continue working with them because they’re easy to use and consistently supportive.

My staff loves this gift!
The process changed from last year and I didn't see any clear instructions explaining the change. I figured it out and emailed service to confirm, but clearer instructions on redemption would be helpful. My staff again loved this gift and it was worth the effort to give them something they truly like.
