I put a order in for different amounts £181.00 in total to be presided.
When paying it came up please check the information entered. So I left the site.
I had a e mail from my on line shop saying my bank as declined payment and order cancelled.
I contact my bank who had put my card on block / hold who told me they stopped payments as they belive this company isn't really.
The bank also told me to do a such before buying and this is what I've done and all the bad reviews out weigh the bad ones.
So sorry I won't be buying anything from this company now or in the future.
I thank my bank for being hot on this kind of thing and companies not being real.

The customer service kept saying it's a code 10% off my next order instead of giving me a new code for the 10% value of my giftcard bought despite the fact that I have received a code for the 10% value of giftcard bought except the fact that the code is expired before I have even used it.

Generally disappointing experience, although ultimately you can get discounted gift cards, bonus claims are misleading and bonuses can be hard to obtain. My experience this time:
- Bought a £100 One4All gift card fine. Supposed to get a "10% Bonus Gift Code" - headline on purchase page - by separate email - doesn't arrive.
- Send email to customer services a few days later, no response (not the first time).
- Ring up, helpful guy, raises a case and codes arrives shortly afterwards.
- Code gives me 10% off a future purchase. I was expecting a £10 bonus for my £100 outlay, not to have to spend another £100 to get £10 benefit , for example (which would be 5% benefit, and less after transaction fees).
- I look again at wording further down on offer page: "Now with 10% free Giftcardstore Gift Card to spend on your next order!" This is at best ambiguous. Why don't you just get £10 extra to spend? If I used my code to buy a £10 gift card, I would get just £1 benefit - far less than the "10% Bonus Gift Code" on the headline.
- Send email to customer services - no response again!
- Ring up again, helpful lady, who sees the point, raises a support case, but the emailed response is ultimately: "After checking with our support team they confirmed the 10% bonus card advertised corresponds to a 10% free Giftcardstore bonus code to spend on your next order."
Ultimately there are easier and more transparent ways to get discounts elsewhere.

Delay in sending the voucher and then so confusing for the recipient to try and activate it. All because it was linked to my email not theirs. I ended up transferring the amount to their bank account and using the gift card myself just so it was sorted. Not a great gift won’t use again

I was late in deciding what to get my son in law for his birthday only deciding to get him a ticket master voucher last minute. I’m not great with online shopping but found the procedure easy straightforward, not even I could mess this up. He received the voucher on exactly the correct day unlike others I’ve used where it’s more complicated.

In the past it was 4.5 stars as they resolved problems quickly as sometimes you didn’t get the bonus code offered. Now I don’t get the bonus code pretty much every second time I order. When I ask for it (they can answer the phone quickly) now they keep sending me the wrong one or escalating it and no one gets back to me. I do buy a lot of gift cards so maybe they think I’m not telling the truth but I’m down about £80 in gaming bonus codes :( an issue has been outstanding since may.
