My entire experience was seamless and the delivery date that I requested was fulfilled. It was very important that everything was kosher for Chanukah but I got the feedback that the cupcakes that I chose were also delicious.

The recipient said it was the best orange she ever ate. I think that deserves 5 stars! Thanks again :)

I ordered the top of the line condolence basket. It was beautiful and worth the value. It was not delivered the "next day" but i was expecting that might happen as message at checkout was different from the other page but overall I was happy with the quality of items and beautiful wrapping. 5stars

This company advertises that they send kosher gift baskets — but the items I received were not kosher. I emailed them photos showing there was no kosher certification on multiple products. Their response? A vague claim that they could “assure me” the items were kosher — yet they refused to provide any proof or certification, even when repeatedly asked.

To make matters worse, they sent spoiled cheese. When I called to discuss it, they offered only a 50% refund on the cheese, saying it was because I selected 2–3 day shipping. I explained that even with 1-day shipping, perishable dairy like cheese needs to be shipped with ice or cooling, especially in Florida heat — their packaging had no ice, insulation, or cooling whatsoever.

The phone call was a disaster:

I was put on hold for over 20 minutes,

It took 37 minutes for someone to finally say a supervisor would call me back,

When he did, he was rude, dismissive, and refused to provide kosher certification or escalate the issue further.

I even heard clicking sounds — clearly the call was being recorded without consent.

They continue to refuse to send any pictures or documentation to support their kosher claims. This is false advertising, and the food was not only uncertified but also rotting and poorly packaged.

⚠️ Do not order from this company.
They are misleading customers and failing to take responsibility for shipping questionable, possibly unsafe food.

We received a gift basket from a non-Jewish business associate who would be outraged to know that it contained multiple non kosher items. Many of the products have no symbol at all, others say “made with kosher ingredients” which is not a kosher certification, and the cheeses all have a symbol that is not accepted by any orthodox kosher certifying organization. To send products advertised as kosher gift baskets which are either totally uncertified or unacceptable to orthodox kosher consumers is an unfair and deceptive consumer trade practice . I see from other online reviews that our experience is not unique. However, the customer service department refuses to replace the non kosher items with kosher ones

"I live in Israel and I just ordered what I thought to be a kosher gift basket to be delivered to my brother for his birthday. The company instead of sending kosher items, sent complete treife. My brother received pork, lobster and crab. It was a huge shock as the company is called “Gifting Kosher”

I specifically ordered one of the kosher baskets. I have contacted the company to ask for a refund and they have refused. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
