Do not order from this company. Absolute scam. Just ordered Ninja Air Fryer but PayPal payment not gone through, says it's pending so PayPal hopefully aware. Will contact them if payment is processed.

As mentioned by others,the website is a complete scam.Purchased the Ninja Slush Maker for £53.
Only received a PayPal email to say money had gone to someone by the name of Luis Omar Ramírez Benítez.Thought this was very odd that it wasn't a company name etc.Decided to check out reviews & read the reviews on here.I then immediately contacted PayPal & fortunately got a full refund through the item not received process.
Again,as mentioned by others - If it seems too good to be true - it almost certainly is!
How this site is able to trade is ridiculous.

PLEASE REPORT THE WEBSITE TO THE NCSC.GOV.UK SCAM WEBSITES
HOPEFULLY THEY CAN TAKE IT DOWN

I hope people check this before buying a ninja slush maker for £60 when it retails for £300.

I have just been scammed by these they sent a there’s still something in your cart to me and I thought the purchase had gone through already but no confirmation e mail so I completed my order and was charged again I have taken this up with PayPal beware this site which advertises as legend London and offers too good to be true prices on specifically ninja air fryers I was caught off guard as I was feeling ill that day

Just ordered but the payment and not gone through on my PayPal so they must be aware, says pending so I have contacted PayPal

So glad I checked the reviews before ordering As the saying goes if it looks too good to be true it's a sccam

Total scam. Ordered a garmin bike computer, not sent, and email address is just not recognised, so no way to get in touch with them. Fortunately I paid by PayPal, and got a full refund. Buyer beware , do not order from this site.

Giftnest.shop is a total scam . Avoid. They usually link themselves with Legend London to look legitimate and then you are redirected to UkDepartment Store which is the fake site . Their offers are outrageous and I can't belive I fell for it a Ninja Air Fryer for £ 59.99

I ordered a garmin bike computer on 28/10/24 using my debit card and got an email saying they would dispatch within 3-5 days.

After 6 days I emailed them twice asking when they would dispatch my order with no reply.

This morning I got an email from “service” with the heading: “ Inventory Shortage Notification and Order Update”:

“Dear Customer,

I'm sorry to inform you that due to a sharp increase in orders, our current inventory is insufficient. We have checked your order status with our warehouse, and unfortunately, the products you ordered have not been successfully dispatched yet.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. You will receive an email with updated logistics details shortly. Please keep your communication channels open to receive updates about your package.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to provide you with comprehensive after-sales service.

Thank you for your support and understanding.”

I have contacted my bank who found they are a Canadian company with bad reviews.

The bank told me to wait 15 days and if no product has been received then they will look to recover my money.

The product was advertised as costing £52.99 but the debit was £54 something (probably the exchange rate changed).

If it’s too good to true, it probably is!

I ordered on this site a microwave on 24th October i have a confirmation email saying when shipped id be informed, the amount left my account a few days later, going to Canada
Ive emailed three different emails with no reply It says its trusted site, so is this a scam or not I really don't know what to do. I've also checked on the site and says not shipped reorder

This is a scam site, luckily it uses PayPal and I had a refund within hours or purchase. PayPal send your receipt with an email address, when I contacted the email address I was told that lots of people had been in touch but the owner of the address new nothing of the company and had notified PayPal of this scam. Please avoid at all costs.
