No complaints about the retirement mug that I received good value and nicely finished but I did think that the price of postage was very expensive.

Great communication, delivered on time

Delivery was on time, hamper as advertised delivered to doorstep. Easy to use website and ordering and payment process was good. I have used 'Gifts.IE' a few times now and have not been disappointed. Great way to send gifts to family and friends in Ireland

I ordered a personalised mug and it was in bits when I received it.post man said they got it that way.There was no wrapping around the mug to protect it.Just thrown in a box.Very disappointing

I sent a package to a patient in hospital and it was returned as the hospital was in lockdown. Gifts.ie kindly sent me an email explaining that it had failed to deliver and did i want to send it to an alternative address which i did. The package was delivered the following day. Brillant service and peace of mind knowing my gift was safe and delivered to the patients home address instead. I will be using gifts.ie again in the future.

In all honesty, it was quick, I was informed along the way, and everything was in order. Rare performance, that this Company has managed to obtain, thank you and well done, no easy feat.
