I ordered personalised wrapping paper…

I ordered personalised wrapping paper for my granddaughter and was concerned that it might not arrive in time for her birthday. I contacted customer services to express my concern, and they responded promptly, reassuring me that my order would arrive on time. They also upgraded the delivery to Royal Mail 24 hour service, which I greatly appreciated.

The wrapping paper arrived as promised and the quality was excellent. I was extremely pleased with both the product and the outstanding customer service I received

Absolutely outstanding..

Absolutely outstanding customer service! There were two designs / characters that I specifically wanted on some wrapping paper. Within a couple of hours or less, a mock up was sent to me and then these, alongside other designs were shipped and delivered within days. I’m so grateful I’ve found this business, as I will be coming back for years to come! Thank you!

Just received my banners and wrapping…

Just received my banners and wrapping paper order Conrad is very professional very helpful and quick delivery we don’t go anywhere else now the wrapping paper and banner were both designed better than we were hoping for all in all great service would defiantly recommend most importantly excellent value for money
