I bought a mug from these lunatics in June. It is now November, 6 denied claims with them later, and no freaking mug. The mug was $30. Still pissed about it.

I’d give o stars if I could over a month later still no mug no one gets back to emails except generic replies by automated services I’m guessing horrible customer services for way over priced stuff tbh very very dissatisfying n hugely disappointing

I would give zero Stars if I could. My son ordered a mug for Father's Day which arrived late and broken. I no longer want the mug but I can't get a refund. They will only reprint. What good is a Father's Day mug 2 months after Father's Day?. The mug isn't even good quality and was very expensive. Avoid this company. Never again

Purchased an item off them back in April for Mother’s Day, and it never arrived, still don’t have it, after contacting the company on numerous occasion to be told the same thing, lodging numerous disputes online with them to hear nothing back, I’ve turned to my bank to help me get a refund, but stay clear this company is terrible

Worst customer service ever. My Mother’s Day mug came broken and shattered in the box and they will only reprint. They will not refund me for the purchase. What a joke.

Me and my daughter ordered my husband the color change mug for bonus dads. I received it yesterday and went ahead and gave it to him. He was in love and it works amazing and you clearly read the words and all are spelled correctly. I would definitely buy again

I only got one mug out of the 2 I had ordered, and when I let customer service know they sent me the 2nd mug without hesitation. I will definitely be ordering from them again!!

I am so disappointed with this company and the website. My granddaughter asked me to order a mug for her mother to get for mothers day, from this website. I did. But someway. It ordered me two of the same mugs. When I saw it was changed on my card twice. I tried calling and sending emails to cancel one of the mugs and returning my money. The company said it was two late and they where shipped. So when they where delivered. I returned one of the mugs (unopened). Then sent a email a few days later later to inform them again I didn't want the second mug. Hours later I recieved a email it's to late another mug was sent out to me to replace it. Again I could only email cause no one answers their phone. That i don't want it. Now it is the end of May. And i get a email that i can't get a refund. This company has a bad system of communication with customers. And no return policy. I guess. Bad reviews.

Great product, and very funny!! I HIGHLY recommend them! Only problem I have is the shipping but other than that it is excellent!
