Made three orders of three pair of tyres for three different cars. They state during the process of purchase that goods are delivered within 8 working days.
One pair ARRIVED AFTER 11 WORKING DAYS, another pair ARRIVED AFTER 14 WORKING DAYS, third pair is said to be HELD AT UK CUSTOMS AFTER 14 WORKING DAYS.
Make your purchase with them only if you need those tyres 3-4 weeks after payment.

Bought two tyres they were send out in separate shipments not sure why received one two weeks later..three weeks now still waiting for the second one which the courier has delivered to the wrong address so could possibly be a month before I receive goods.

I would use again and recommend the tyre was spot on the only problem was the uk delivery was slow , but its a difficult time at the moment

the two tires i bought for my car were completely worn out after 7000 miles. I usually average about 24,000 miles. and Giga tires refused to honor the warranty. VERY POOR customer service and tire quality.

I wouldn't have tyres from this company, if they were free.
Ordered 2tyres on 8th April, had two mesages saying they were delayed.
Cancelled order on 30th Apri and told would be refunded in 2 working days.
Chased refund. Still no refund on 8th May.
Atrocious company.

I ordered 2 tyres. After 3 weeks I had heard nothing. They said they would look into it. A week later, still nothing. They say they are in customs. Their website states 'Fast delivery'. It should say delivery may take a month or more.

Stay away from this company. Ordered my tyresa and two days letter I did get an email advising that there will be a delay in delivery 2-3 days
On 20.04- 3 weeks later I cancelled my order. To discover later that they charged my bank account on 21.04. hope I will get refund, but do not bother with your purchase. The day I phoned to cancel my order I have been told that my order just left the warehouse. I am glad I said I don't want it regardless of when it left the Wearhouse as tyres never arrived. bunch of cowboys!

Ordered my tyres 26 days ago still not here , email them lots of times keep saying there waiting shipping with brexit can not give you any more information am foaming , giga tyres say there a company in England but there not ,abroad somewhere absolutely joke now still have not got them yet

Trouble is they dont state tyres come from another country when you order i orderered some off ebay from them on the page it stated item locati on as witney oxfordshire so i bought 4 tyres
10 days later still waiting for them ,
Tbh they maybe cheap than most but instead of getting your item within 3-4 days its a couple.of weeks
wont be using them again if i were you avoid this company

Excellent service fast delivery

I ordered two tyres.
After ten days hadn't received them.
Sent message and was told they would arrive following day.
Two days later I got an email to say there's a delay and they'd update me.
Meantime my car is off the road.
Can't say is ever use them again.

Best price and best service with very fast delivery. I would highly recommend and would definitely use you again!

WARNING WARNING

I just received the information that I have two choices 1; If I want to have my delivery as ordered to my front door it will take another seven (7) days or 2; Go and get the tires from the postal office myself in 1- 2 days.

This means that the second delivery (as ordered) will take two (2) weeks instead of 7 days as promised and the TOTAL time of delivery would be around 5 Weeks (instead of as communicated on their webpage 3-5 days). Or if I go and get the packages myself that it would take a minimum of 8 to 9 days and the TOTAL time of delivery would be over 4 weeks.

Is this company for real?

I keep getting their excuses - excuses that have the exact same expressions and format on different platforms (different Facebook-pages due to that they have multiple brands marketing their services, mail-correspondence, phone-calls and so forth) - meaning that this is something they are used to.

My biggest upset however - is that the chairman of the board Alexander Gebler and the other board members: Dr. Harald Blania, Alexander Eichler, Philip von Grolman,Thomas Loock, Dr. Andreas Prüfer is giving their staff (who are doing their best) tools that are not sufficient to avoid problems and to solve them if they appear.

The year is almost 2021 and companies like this still exist - amazing.

GIGA TYRES UK-DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY (also linked to MyTyres,Delticom,Deltilog)

I bought winter tyres from this company.They delivered tyres unsuitable for my car but agreed to collect them and refund my account.I took their promise of refund of £796.80 in good faith and paid for another set of tyres and paid the same money again.They collected the original tyres and took money for new tyres too WITHOUT REFUNDING the agreed £796.80!Paypal haven’t been able to get my money.BUYER BEWARE!Should Giga refund my money I will inform Trustpilot!This company sells tyres using different names and I would advise any buyers to check out the Trustpilot reviews about Delticom which is one of the same group.ON A HAPPIER NOTE,A SMALL CLAIMS COURT DID EVENTUALLY RESULT IN A REFUND BEFORE THE HEARING DATE.Avoid the stress,don’t buy from this bunch!

Very happy with price of what are known to be excellent quality tyres which were delivered on time by a very helpful driver.
What more could I wish for?
