Wie bei vielen auch, Cashback nicht erhalten, obwohl damit geworben. In Zukunft wird Gigabyte gemieden! Hoffe das schreckt andere von so welchen Aktionen auch ab. Einfach nur Scam die Firma!

Bis heute habe ich den Cashback nicht erhalten. Statt einer Lösung werde ich immer wieder mit automatisch generierten E-Mails vertröstet, ohne dass tatsÀchlich etwas passiert.
In Foren und Communitys wie Reddit oder ComputerBase kann man sehen, dass viele andere Kunden von genau demselben Problem betroffen sind.
Mein Fazit:
Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten, Produkte aufgrund von Cashback-Versprechen dieses Herstellers zu kaufen.
Ich erwarte weiterhin eine zeitnahe und verbindliche KlÀrung meines Cashback-Anspruchs!!!!!

Im Dezember habe ich an einer Cashback-Aktion teilgenommen. Bis heute habe ich mein Cashback nicht erhalten. Ich kenne zahlreiche Personen, die ihr Cashback ebenfalls bis heute nicht bekommen haben. FÃŒr mich wirkt dieses Vorgehen unseriös und ÀuÃerst fragwÃŒrdig. Ich werde definitiv nie wieder etwas von dieser Firma kaufen. FÃŒr mich grenzt das an Betrug.
Versprochener Cashback wird nicht ausgezahlt
Habe eine Gigabyte RX 9070 XT Grafikkarte aufgrund des angebotenen Cashbacks von CHF 55.- gekauft (Dez. 25). Bis heute (April 26) habe ich keinen Cashback erhalten, ohne weitere BegrÌndung. Ist schon schwer verstÀndlich und man fÌhlt sich betrogen...werde also Gigabyte in Zukunft meiden...

Iâm sharing this to help others make an informed decision before joining AORUS cashback promotions.
I participated in their Christmas cashback campaign and purchased a qualifying product (X870E AORUS PRO X3D ICE). I carefully followed all the requirements, and my claim was successfully approved. According to the promotion terms, the £25 cashback was due by 7 February 2026.
Unfortunately, as of now, I have still not received the payment.
My experience so far:
The claim status has remained at âReady for Processingâ for an extended period.
I was informed there were âunexpected problems with transfers,â but no clear resolution or timeline was provided.
I followed up multiple times and was told to expect updates within 3â5 working days, but no further communication was received.
What concerns me is that while existing claims (like mine) remain unresolved, the same cashback promotion has been launched again. This creates uncertainty about whether earlier commitments are being prioritised.
I understand that operational issues can happen, but delays beyond the stated deadline combined with limited communication make the experience frustrating and difficult to trust.
My advice to others:
If you are considering joining this promotion, keep thorough records and be prepared for possible delays in receiving cashback, even if your claim is approved.
I hope AORUS will improve transparency and follow through on their commitments to customers.

J'ai contacté le SAV (il faut chercher !) pour un portable plus sous garantie. Je n'ai jamais vu un SAV aussi mauvais. Pas de devis, une estimation. On vous explique que le prix des pieces peut varier d'un jour à l'autre. Il vous faut organiser l'envoi du materiel (normal), mais le retour aussi ! Ils ne s'occupent pas du retour !Que sous garantie. Comme si ils ne pouvaient pas facturer les frais de retour plutÎt que de demander un bon de retour ! En cas de non réparation, vous avez des frais de recherche (pourquoi pas), mais ils sont incapables de vous en donner le montant ! Et si vous refusez, il garde le matériel. Mais qu'est ce que c'est que ces pratiques ? C'est la derniÚre fois que j'achÚte cette marque qui ce moque de ses clients.

Ogni volta che aggiorno il software della scheda madre si installa norton 360 for gamers contro la mia volontà . E' una politica commerciale molto scorretta.
Helped once and never got back to me
Had an issue with secure boot not allowing me to actually access my laptop. Tried using their esupport page cus in the UK it looks like that's all I can do. They asked me to try one thing and get back to them. It didn't work and they never got back back to me after I told them.

Trois cartes B550 AORUS ELITE AX V2 et trois défaillances: barrettes mémoires en cause de maniÚre aléatoire. J'arrête mon pc avec l'icone Arrêt, le lendemain je démarre et RIEN tous les ventilos tournent, l'écran reste inactif. Un technicien me dépanne en démontant les barrettes mémoires une aprÚs une, une barrette est défaillante. Pas grave, je la monte sur une autre B550 AORUS la barrette est opérationnelle. J'ai testé sur les trois cartes mÚres les barrettes, un coup oui un coup non. J'ai testé 4 barrettes 16go 3600mghz, 4 barrettes 16go 2133mghz. Conclusion une carte de juin 2023 est retournée chez le vendeur pour remboursement (ouf), celle de mars 2024 doit être expédiée chez Gigabyte Espagne (gros doute), celle de janvier 2026 est déjà sur le trajet de retour chez Amazon.
Dommage pour Gigabyte qui perd des clients.
Motherboard fail just over 1 yr old
Had the laptop for just over a year and the motherboard crashed. They are garbage. I even bought a higher end gigabyte. Used it for work so didnât play games with it or used it for any too intensive. The new motherboard is worth more than what I paid for the laptop. So when you read reviews saying that it is a budget friendly laptop with same performance as the higher end lap tops ⊠itâs not true. If you need any parts for it. They are not cheap. My previous laptop was a dell - lasted almost 9 years. Was a great laptop top. I would stay away from a gigabyte. The price is tempting but if I could go back Iâd spend the extra money and get a differed laptop top.
Awful Service
Laptop sent back 2 times with screen issues, they tried to to say there was nothing wrong and used screen diagnostic tools but the problem was there and i photographed it. They didnt believe me. They then replaced it and sent another bad screen so sent back again, now the battery dies and its just 5 months old. Asked to escalate to supervisor but email ignored. Never buy gigabyte again. Terrible customer service and this company should be fined heavily. They are a disgrace
Gigabyte product quality is soooo bad
Gigabyte product quality is soooo bad. This is the last time I use their products. Every time I have had to warranty an item with them (Which seems to be more frequently than any other brand) I have a horrible experience. Must pay to ship them their broken product. Always find a way to make you pay for your repair. Latest example of them dropping the ball is a motherboard that was poorly manufactured. Multiple pieces on the board have pulled away from a BRAND NEW mainboard just removing a cooler from the CPU as well as USB3 cable. This should not happen on first use let alone several uses. They blame it on user installation error and write it off. I dont even think I could intentionally do this on a well made product... Stay away from their junk and buy any other brand!

6 months after I bought my B850 motherboard from them, it had gradual instability, crashes and then eventually it wouldn't POST. I contacted their RMA email address and they told me that I had to pay for organise and pay for delivery to their UK office and back. About 2 days after the motherboard arrived with GB UK, I got an email saying that they had "repaired" the board, but they said all they did was update the BIOS, but they clearly didn't stress test the motherboard as I said that was what was causing the crashes. They then got ME to organise and pay for the pickup of the board from their office, which they then told the delivery driver "there was nothing to collect". They eventually said "we will ask another guy from DPD who comes everyday to collect it for us as well." (literally copy pasted from their email).
I have bought many GB products over the years and several motherboards, but I highly doubt I will again after this.
