If you're a photographer and require a professionally made inert(s)for your camera/ lens case(s), do not use GigGear ! I'd recommend Aerolyte 9 Merchant Ave, Thomastown.
I had an insert made for my Nikkor 400 2.8 TC and it was unusable. The guy I liaised with stated that they had issues with the asymmetrical shape of this lens. It was only when I finally got the final product that this deficiency became evident.
And this bloke has issues with the facts. He wrote "in relation for your request for you to visit the production factory floor being denied..." This is a total untruth as neither in my last post nor at the times I visited GigGear did I make any such request. In fact, I only mentioned liaising with both the designer and technician at Aerolyte.
At one time when I was at GigGear a customer rang but this liaison guy wouldn't answer the phone. They probably had an issue and I got similar treatment when he arbitrarily dismissed my complaint.
Wish I'd used Aerolyte from the start !

Master crafted cases! All components are flawless. Customer service was excellent and responded very quickly to any questions and queries regarding this purchase. I would highly recommend them and definitely use their services again.

Not following through on getting information. Longer than advertised time to get an order.

Very good and solid case , the delivery to my house in a week was even more satisfying but , my mistake , the case is to big for my bass head amplifier Garlien Krueger 810 ( 800 watts ) and didn’t come with racks for me to figure it out how to fix it properly ! I don’t know if this company have accessories on the side as I need to fix this ASAP?

When I couldn't track my order I emailed GigGear who responded within 24 hours informing me that all was on track and the item was due that day! It would be a good idea to check that the track link works.
