Absolutely amazing experience! The quality is incredible, delivery time was perfect - everything was outstanding! What was amazing though, was that I wanted to personalize the handkerchief in Arabic (which was a bit of a weird request), but I emailed the team and they responded so quickly and did it perfectly!

Honestly - nothing to say but AMAZING!!

Gigi & Olive were amazing with my order! It was easy to do their personalised handkerchiefs and made them so special, the variety of colours is also amazing and they had my colour which isn’t very common! The team were great at resolving my query to ensure that I was fully happy and I absolutely am. They were so easy to deal with and really made a stressful time of wedding planning an awful lot easier and it was so appreciated! Will definitely be using them again for gifts post wedding!

This has been my favourite brand throughout my bridal era. Everything they do is amazing - I especially loved the heart veil for my hen do. Would recommend them to any future bride to be.

I had some personalised caps made. The company were super quick in delivering the caps - they were beautifully embroidered and the caps themselves great quality. Also excellent service from the company.

Purchased a personalised cocktail as a gift, and things went wrong initially when I received a small cocktail bottle rather than the large one I ordered. Their customer service were quick to resolve the problem and sent out a new bottle in the correct size which arrived in time for my hen do where it was being gifted. The personalised cocktail bottle is lovely and went down very well with my maid of honour!

I am so grateful for the team at Gigi & Olive. I needed a few items last minute and they made it happen! I appreciated the customer service, quick responses, and clear communication through the whole process. The gifts at the Hen are so cute, they always deliver the best quality.

Phenomenal customer service!

Huge thank you to the Customer Service team! I was ready to place a big order and then something I needed was out of stock… I contacted the team to see if they had a restocking timeline. They came back to me quickly but also proactively kept in touch with me; Martha emailed without me prompting to apologise for the delay and let me know exactly when the item was coming back. I managed to order everything yesterday and only needed to pay the express fee once! Thanks team.

I highly recommend Gigi & Olive for any personalized wedding favors. I ordered the handwritten handkerchiefs as a gift for our bridal party and parents and they turned out beautifully. Shipping to the US was quick and the customer service was amazing. I definitely will be ordering again!

I just wanted to take a moment to share my lovely experience at your pop-up shop on Elizabeth Street.
I had a work meeting in Battersea and thought it was the perfect chance to visit, especially with the pop-up ending next weekend. Between work, wedding planning, and trying to maintain a social life, I rarely get time for things like this, so I was really looking forward to it, especially with a £100 gift card in hand!
When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by two lovely staff members, one with brown hair doing embroidery, and another (possibly American?) who had the most striking eyes (hopefully you know who I mean!) They were both incredibly helpful and kind. I was feeling quite rushed and overwhelmed with all the beautiful choices, but they took the time to genuinely listen, asking about my hen do and wedding, and helped me pick out something that truly felt special and personal.
I had hoped to get my item embroidered, but they were finishing up another order and asked if I could return later to collect it. Unfortunately, with my schedule and the distance I live, that wasn’t possible. I explained this to the American staff member, and she went above and beyond to make sure I still got what I wanted, offering to have the embroidered item shipped directly to my home. It was such a thoughtful gesture and an enormous help.
I just wanted to make sure these two amazing women were recognised for their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care. They truly made my day and gave me such a memorable and positive experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Gigi and Olive pop-up store and got some beautiful personalized items. It’s so great that there are so many practical and useful items that are equally beautiful.

The service I have received from Gigi & Olive, especially Martha, has left me speechless.

I got in touch as I’d fallen in love with a discontinued item, and was shooting my shot to see if there was any chance there was one left available. Martha went above and beyond and sourced one for me. I sent my message at 11pm and woke up to a reply at 8am.

I was completely shocked, I’m not an influencer, or a celebrity, finding me this relatively inexpensive item isn’t going to create some big marketing collaboration or press for them, they went out of their way to make me happy just because they care.

Martha was the perfect customer support, she’s warm and friendly and made me feel like I was being no trouble at all, I feel like I’m part of the Gigi & Olive family and am ecstatic to be here.
