Awful and completely scam

I ordered Andrea Bocelli tickets. Since the purchase was made with someone else’s card, they asked me for additional information, which I provided.

They then cancelled my order. Now when I contact them to request a refund, they don’t reply and seem to have blocked me. It feels like they’re just looking for excuses not to return the money.

I paid using Apple Pay (a tokenized payment), but they claim the card “doesn’t exist,” which sounds like a made-up excuse.

Be careful and don’t waste your money. Even if you’ve had a good experience with them before, this time they seem to be acting dishonestly .

Wszędzie gdzie widzę Gigsberg widzę oszustwo i złodziejską stronę. Oszukali mnie na 2,5k. Nie mam biletów i nie mogę ich sprzedać. Absurd zawsze mają jakieś wytłumaczenie i zawsze jakąś krzywą odpowiedź. Nie dostaniesz biletu to ci napiszą że dystrybutor tak późno je wysłał choć wiem ze dystrybutor naprawdę szybko wysyła bilety. Ale oni mówią że bilet MOŻE dostanę 48h przed koncertem. Kup bilet na samolot hotel a oni ci powiedzą że nie masz biletu. ODRADZAM, jedyne co dostaniecie to stres i stracicie dużo pieniędzy.

In aprile 2025, ho acquistato due biglietti per il concerto di Lady Gaga a Parigi del 17 novembre 2025, dal valore complessivo di 498 euro.
qualche giorno prima del concerto sollecitavo l'invio dei biglietti e mi veniva risposto di stare tranquillo che i biglietti sarebbero arrivati in tempo.
Il giorno del concerto mi veniva riferito che i miei biglietti non c'erano più!!!!
Dopo una serie di contatti mi venivano assegnati due biglietti a visibilità limitata dal valore complessivo di 138 euro. Ho accettato per non vanificare il viaggio a Parigi ma ho chiesto il rimborso della differenza. GIGSBERG si rifiuta di darmi la differenza nonostatnte i numerosi solleciti.
Non sono seri!!!!

Bought 2 tickets for AC Milan vs Lazio, tickets were labelled with our names and everything. However once we scanned them at the gate they were ‘access denied’. We spoke to staff at the stadium, they had a look into their system and those seats were under completely different names. Please DO NOT fall for their “All tickets are guaranteed and secure.”

Absolutely terrible service — avoid at all costs

I bought two tickets for the Sting concert in London through Gigsberg months in advance as a gift — spending nearly €800 in total.

The tickets were only delivered a few hours before the event, leaving zero time or flexibility to make alternative plans or transfer them to someone else. I had to travel internationally and could no longer attend — but there was no option to gift or resell the tickets, and Gigsberg refused to help.

The customer support was completely useless. All I received were copy-paste responses blaming the “primary ticket distributor” for the delay. No solutions, no understanding, no refund.

The tickets ended up being completely wasted. I lost €800 and got nothing in return.

This company is unreliable, unhelpful, and absolutely not worth the risk. Avoid Gigsberg — you’re better off buying directly from official sellers or not going at all.

Not sure how Gigsberg are selling tickets for a show when they aren’t released until tomorrow (Friday 10th)
Note this isn’t a mega popular artist where they release beforehand for certain fans

Simply awful. Purchased tickets to BBC Proms, seats changed twice, had to request by email as download did not work and they were duplicate when arrived. Still waiting for refund

I've never had Soo much trouble with a ticket selling buying company

I bought Billie Eilish tickets in December 2024 and then sold them on Gigsberg in July 2025 a few days before the concert. It took ages to be paid but this was not the fault of Gigsberg although their paperwork (payment form with bank details) is confusing

I bought premium tickets, the purchase was confirmed but then apparently they were not available 5 days later so were offered other basic tickets at a reduced price, so clearly the tickets were not available. The event was cancelled so according to Gigsberg’s own website information that should’ve triggered an automatic full refund policy, no surprise that it didn’t so a week later I sent a formal email asking for my refund and submitted all the information that was asked for. It has now been 28 working days since the event was cancelled and Gigsberg states that refunds can take up to 21 working days, all I receive as responses is the line ‘Please give us some time and thank you for understanding’, I have given the time and are NOT understanding, just pay what you owe back in the time that you said you would! You can take the money instantly.

HAHAHA come on Gigsberg your reply is utterly pathetic. Your company charge are WHOPPING 33% ON TOP of what the sellers select making sales impossible. I listed mine at £115 and yet was £154 on your platform?? Your profit from this was more than mine and I owned the ticket. STOP TRYING TO DECEIVE PPL WITH LAME REPLIES

Gigsberg fees a massive ZERO OUT OF 5 and the SOLE reason your sales are miles behind viagogo. THIS IS WHAT YOU ADD on top of the sellers price so your response is deliberately MISLEADING. As I said at £115 price suddenly becomes £154 and almost impossible to sell. Absolutely NOTHING to do with supply amd demand because you ADD UR FEES TO 100% of every ticket on your platform-why should you make more profit than the actual sellers???

How can you add 33% onto a SELLERS TICKET? This is just out and out greed and the reason so many uk sellers seldom even list on your platform anymore. Why should you actually make MORE than a seller?? If you SLASHED your fees to 15-18% I'm sure your profits would exceed the current levels and actually help you grow to compete with viagogo

i used gigsberg to buy tickets for the billie eilish tour and they were so helpful! i was worried when my tickets didn’t come through until a few days before but they were so helpful and constantly checked with me to ensure everything worked for me ok. would definitely recommend and loved how attentive the staff were to making sure you got your ticket and checking that it was working for you.

Ho preso due biglietti per gli Oasis a Londra a un prezzo esagerato ma ne è valsa assolutamente la pena. I biglietti sono arrivati due giorni prima, nel frattempo gli operatori mi hanno sempre rassicurata .Ho addirittura ricevuto una telefonata di conferma il giorno prima .

Was delighted when my partner said she'd bought me tickets for the upcoming Gary Numan tour for my birthday. Unfortunately that delight was short lived when she forwarded me the email.
My partner has never purchased tickets for gigs before, so when I looked at what she'd paid (over double) for a gig that isn't even sold out through official outlets,all this because she googled Gary Numan tickets and the sponsored ad was pushed to the top, above official outlets. Official outlets £90 she paid over £200 after fees. Bet the tout is laughing his socks off knowing it's not even sold out.
Just another website going under the pretence that it's there to help fans, where in truth is a touting site, tickets appearing on there minutes after going on sale at ludicrous prices and charges.
Touting has never been so rife, now anyone can do it from the comfort of their own armchair.
The sooner it's outlawed the better.

Sono una persona un po’ ansiosa perciò quando il concerto si avvicinava e i biglietti non arrivavano, ho cominciato a preoccuparmi un po’. Devo dire che dal punto di vista della comunicazione sono stati eccellenti, sia tramite e-mail sia tramite WhatsApp: hanno sempre risposto nel giro di poco tempo in modo molto rassicurante. I biglietti alla fine sono arrivati la sera prima del giorno del concerto, ed erano biglietti autentici perciò, tutto sommato, è stata un’esperienza positiva.

I purchased Oasis tickets on the 4th July for their Manchester show tonight (12/7/25). Gates open at 3pm it’s 1.15pm and I’ve still not received the tickets! Whilst their communication has been on point and I’ve been reassured they are chasing this up for me, I’m worried we won’t get our tickets.

J'ai acheté 4 places pour imagine Dragon, en catégorie 4 à 2Xson tarif officiel😱 une honte.
Ils en ont profité que c'est un concert très demandé pour doubler le tarif officiel + ajout le tarif d'une place catégorie or pour les frais.
J'ai donc acheté l'équivalent de 5 places "or" pour n'avoir que 4 places en cat.4 et n'arrivant pas à les vendre, ou carrément à perte au vu des tarifs pratiqués et le placement car envoi des places à J-2 à peine et découvrir où on sera placé (là où on voit le moins bien sur). ET tout ça sans aucune compensation de leur part. RIEN
plus jamais et surtout je ne conseille pas

Ho comprato due biglietti goldwn circle per il concerto di Springsteen a Milano il 30 giugno e, dopo più di un anno di attesa , oggi mi sono arrivati due biglietti per il primo anello rosso.
Ho contattato il supporto , ma per ora mi hanno solo detto che devono verificare presso il fornitore.
Non ho parole . Servizio pessimo.
