Gilbride Pharmacy & Travel Clinic レビュー

Booked online for a vaccination.
Easy booking system.

Pharmacy is clean, tidy and welcoming.
Staff are professional and friendly.
I was well informed regarding my vaccination.

I was well looked after. Would return again.

Always have a good experience in this pharmacy in general, however I was a bit nervous about going for my flu jab but Nicola was great as was the other staff member who asked me to fill out the form beforehand.

Indre at the Ibrox branch made my covid and flu jags as painless as they could be with some upbeat, friendly chat. All very efficiently managed and free painkillers offered at the end. Would recommend the service.

Gilbride Pharmacy & Travel Clinic at Ibrox is an absolute treasure for the Glasgow community. They provide a vital, accessible service with a team whose community-focused approach shines through in every interaction. The staff don’t just serve customers—they support them, listen to them, and work with them to meet their needs, no matter how big or small.

On this occasion, I want to give special thanks to Indra, who assisted me with my winter vaccinations. She was truly outstanding—calm, gentle, and incredibly reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and did it all with a warm smile, even at the end of what must have been a very long day. That kind of care is rare and deeply appreciated.

What sets Gilbride apart is how they make you feel like you’re the only person in the room. It’s personal, professional, and profoundly human. Thank you to Indra and the whole team—you’re making a real difference, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Very friendly, easy to talk to, and encouraging

Gilbride farmacy, Ibrox. Great staff, welcoming. Indze was great and very informative for the B12 and Flu jab.

Quick, friendly, proffessional, painless vaccination. What more can one ask for?

Indre the adorable young lady who gave me two vaccinations was charming and poor me totally at ease as someone who is not great with injections....:)

Customer service was excellent: friendly, informative, and performed the task very well.

Have recently had a Covid and flu vaccination with Nicola, who was really great! Easy to book and when I asked about when the flu vaccination would be in stock Nicola offered to call me when it was.

The Staff are lovely so helpful

The pharmacist was patient and understanding. She took her time and made sure I got the help I needed. All staff were very lovely!

I have been using the Harmony Row Pharmacy for many years, particularly for my young son since he was a baby. The staff, especially Kirsty, have always been very helpful & knowledgable with any ailments or queries.

My family has used the Cardonald branch for my father's medication for a few years now and the staff in the pharmacy are always so kind to both my father and siblings. Once when he was released from hospital and his discharge medication was messed up due to a miscommunication in the hospital, staff members Suzie and Amy were able to contact the surgery so quickly and get medication delivered to him that afternoon as none of us could collect it. Dad has some issues due to dementia and isn't always the easiest to deal with but the staff are always so patient with him and me and my siblings can always rely on them. Thank you for all your kindness and help over the years.

Easy to book
And a good service

Lovely friendly staff especially Gaenor the pharmacist who is so approachable and helpful. Despite this being such a busy pharmacy, I have never had a problem with my prescription.

I was hugely impressed with the care taken to enquire about the sites I was going to visit to ensure the correct vaccines were given to me.

Thank you for being so helpful and explaining everything in such a clear manner.

Nicola was absolutely amazing during my weight management consultation. She always puts me at ease, checking all parts of my physical health and lifestyle to help me stay on track. She is so friendly and an absolute credit to your pharmacy! Thank you Nicola

Gilbride pharmacy at Toryglen, Glasgow made me feel at ease with the cryotherapy treatment I received from Gillian. She was very helpful and explained the process well and aftercare routine too. It was a big success and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Thanks Gillian.

Nicola made me feel at ease going through my options for a weight management programme. All the staff at the pharmacy are super friendly and helpful
