Everything about Gilded Ferret oozes quality. From the beautiful jewellery to the customer service. I have bought four items from the lovely Liv and have been so very happy with all of them. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Thank you and keep doing what you do.

Brilliant
Liv is so communicative and always comes up with the best jewellery pieces! I got one of my fave chains that l wear all the time, and have bought multiple pieces and it’s been a dream every time. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Liv is the absolute BEST! She took the time to help me find an extender for my watch chain (asked me the measurements to make sure it would work) from there I fell in love with some many of her special treasures. You can tell she truly takes the time to pick out special pieces....I even bought some right off her neck from the photos she sent of other pieces I wanted see. I went looking for one thing and have collected 6 items from her. Great communication (I live in LA so even with the time change), fast shipping and the most magical jewels. 10000000/10 recommend! <3 xx

I have bought a few things and never regretted a purchase. My VERY favorite everyday belcher chain I have her to thank! She gave me some weight options and I ended up going with the heavier and I love it. Great communication and quality!!

Shopping with Gilded Ferret Jewellery has been the best online jewellery experience I've had. The most patient and kind person I've interacted with, presenting multiple options when I'm looking for something specific and if none of them are perfect, I'm never made to feel like I've wasted their time. Then maybe a week later I got a message of my perfect piece and I felt so honoured as a customer that they remembered what I was keeping an eye out for and gave me early access before going on general sale! When I'm next in the market for some gold, this is without a doubt the first (and only) place I'll come to.

Through the tariffs & all the uncertainty, Liv is a bright and trusted spot to shop! I love my charm SO much. Shopping with Liv was an absolute breeze. Not only is she knowledgeable, she's kind, caring, and organized. She's a seller I'll come back to again & again!
