I ordered some balls with personalised writing in red, unfortunately the colour wasn't as expected , after some back an forth and some R&D there end the correct colour was made, we exchanged balls and now I'm a happy customer

Replied to my emails in a timely manner, advised me of costs, and ultimately my order was below the permitted amount, he tailored a quote specifically for me.
Received the goods in line with the time frame mentioned.
