Pontualidade ok,
Casa de banho muito mal cheiro que se alastra pra dentro do autocarro,
da minha poltrona 33 não há cortinas e com este sol, difícil viajar na janela

Gupsy Bus service are so Bad specially for those who's going anywhere for important work, they always late and if you have connecting Bus you will miss as i did 2-3 times, on top there Driver always back of Money even there is written you can carry 2 bags of 10+20kg they will allow you one Bag for the store and other you will have ti carry inside the bus where no place to keep the bags or you will have to pay them 10-20 Euro per passengers

Nous avons passé le calvaire, un bus conduit par des inhumains transportant du bétail il a fallu que je crie pour qu'il s'arrête 10 minutes après 9h00 de route sans arrêt c'est quoi ça même les animaux ont un moment de répit lors de les transporter d'un point à un autre .
En plus de ça au lieu d'être à la gare routière Bercy à 13h00 nous sommes arrivés à 15h15 le chauffeur à du tourné en rond à Paris car il connaissait pas bien le chemin.
Bref 18heures emprisonné dans le bus

J'ai envoyé des mails pour être remboursé mais aucune réponse 👎

j'ai jamais vu en compagnie de bus aussi mal organisé que cette compagnie, on devrait démarrer à Bercy à 9h30 depuis 9h30, on est à Bercy jusqu'à 11h14Et pour arriver à Barcelone - Girona, on a eu les 3h de retard parce que mais quand je demande de remboursement ça c'est notre combat. Il veut pas vous rembourser et je voulais annuler mon billet, il y a pas l'option pour annuler déjà tu vois et même pas ton billet dans leur site

Terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I traveled from Lisbon to Madrid and the bus was infested with bedbugs; I was bitten, and I know other people who were bitten too. The bus was very dirty and unsanitary.

I have just returned from a trip with Gipssy on the Madrid (Estación Sur) to Lisbon (Estação Oriente) route, and I was unpleasantly surprised to find my body covered in bites—from bedbugs.
When I boarded the bus last night, I noticed the seats were very dirty (disgusting), but I never imagined the bus was infested with pests.
In addition to feeling very unwell due to the bites, I had to see a doctor; I have the prescriptions for the medication I’ve started taking, the medical report, and photos of the affected areas—specifically the parts of my body that were in contact with the seat (arms and thighs).
I have tried contacting the company through various channels but haven't received any response at all.

Changement d’heure de bus sans être prévenu de Paris à Madrid, le chauffeur et l’agent ne voulaient pas me laisser rentrer. On m’a jamais traité comme ça de ma vie. Jusqu’à présent j’ai pas reçu de remboursement et la compagnie insiste que j’ai été bien informé alors que j’ai toutes les preuves. À fuir !

Pésima servicio, el bus con olor a baño y orines desde que salió del terminal de Madrid, se nota que no se realizó la limpieza correspondiente, es insalubre viajar 7 horas con ese olor.

Viaje 2 veces a Lisboa. Excelente servicio. Por el momento

Le bus est arrivé avec 1h de retard à Gérone (Espagne). Ils vous disent que les billets sont 100% remboursables mais aucune possibilité d'annuler, donc de vous faire rembourser, et en conséquence j'ai raté ma correspondance par la suite..

Los aceos o casa de banho en muy mal estado el olor a orine y feces insoportable en todo el bus durante 8 horas de viaje no volvería a viajar con esta empresa

Waiting for my bus from Montpellier to Barcelona for 2 hours now, no support, no information at all, no replies from contact center, 15 people with me are waiting for the same bus, no one has any idea if the bus will arrive at all. The worst experience ever!!!!

El autobús no llegó a la estación de Marsella, tenía salida a las 23:15 hacia Barcelona, estuve esperando desde las 22h hasta las 02:30. El chofer de otra compañía me dijo que los de Gipsyy siempre llegaban tarde, pero esa noche no llegó. Tuve que comprar otro billete con otra compañía y pasar la noche al raso hasta que salió a las 06:35...
Encima no hay manera de contactar con ellos si surge algún problema.
He puesto reclamación y me han contestado que el autobús salió a su hora, increíble, allí no llegó ningún autobús de Gipsyy. Como era yo el único que estaba allí no tengo manera de demostrarlo...
Pongo una estrella porque no me deja enviar el comentario si no pongo ninguna...
Mi consejo es no reservar con Gipsyy...

Comes super late and to a random gate which you can only make an estimation and just because they arrive so late to the final destination, I have to take the uber instead of metro

Comprei os bilhetes quarta 17/06, saiu o dinheiro da minha conta e nada dos bilhetes chegar, não consegui contactar a empresa por telefone so pelo WhatsApp na segunda 22/06. Foi ai então que eles me informaram que havia sido cancelado, isso 2 dias antes da viagem 24/06... Perguntei o motivo e também porque não avisaram com um email ou sms e disseram: "Não temos essa informação. Contudo, ja foi reembolsado."
Tenho print de tudo.
Francamente, pessimo serviço!
