Excellent service from ordering to final delivery of shoes.

Love the shoes just waited a bit longer than expected but being hand made i can undestand the wait.

Excellent quality shoes

The shoes look great and the time frame is work waiting for the shoes

Although they took a few weeks to come it was well worth the wait . The boots I ordered are absolutely beautiful. I will enjoy wearing them for years to come . . Thankyou so much . Ann

Easy and quick when ordering.
Lovely detail many compliments and my husband has had friends asking where he purchased them.
Will definitely be buying from them indefinitely. Thank you

I loved the orange boots size 7 . i bought for my daughter for xmas . they were too small and she didn't like them . now what ?

True to size.feel great

They communicated well. Kept promises

I’m genuinely impressed. The shoes exceeded my expectations – very stylish, excellent quality, and clearly well made.

Great shoes even if delivery was a bit slow but ok because they don't come from UK

I have never previously purchased shoes online, because of the risk of poor fitting. However, on this occasion, I could not find what I wanted in the UK shoe stores.
Despite my reticence, Girotti have delivered comfortable, well made, good looking shoes and I am happy with them. Well done!

I gave the rate because of your unreserved prudence to refund me some percentage because of the inconveniences of up to a month delay before delivering the item.

I am absolutely delighted with the boots. I love the colour, outstanding quality and they fit perfectly. The whole experience has been great. Ordering was easy and they were delivered within the specified lead time. Will be ordering further footwear very soon.

The Boots are great and they kept me informed along the way of when they would arrive.

An absolutely excellent pair of shoes that are clearly made with care and a lot of skill. Great customer service throughout albeit it does take a few weeks to get them. That said they are bespoke, so that is understandable. Far more comfortable than I had anticipated. Went up one size to make sure they fitted correctly and this is definitely a good call. All in all a five star service. 😊
