I've bought two pairs of boots from Girotti. The first pair (blue suede sock books) have been amazing. They are very comfortable and have held up well for about 2 years. Absolutely worth the price.

The second pair I bought (mango sock boots with higher heel) have not been as good. My feet slide and I end up walking like a 5 year old in my mothers shoes ;-)

I'm hoping I can fix this with insoles - hasn't been a deal breaker, but seeing as I've only worn them once and I'm less inclined to throw them on, they haven't been as big of a success.

These shoes are so stylish and comfortable! I get compliments on them every time I wear them, whether it's to a business meeting or a casual gathering with friends.

Although we had serious shipping issues (my shoes got lost somewhere between Italy and Canada!), the customer service agent who helped me was most kind and patient. She arranged to have another pair prepared for me and assured that the shipping would be done flawlessly. Thank you!!!

The shoes are comfortable, made of soft leather and original. I got a lot of compliments on my new shoes.

The shoes are beautiful just a little big for me even though I drew out my foot probably because you wanted to get it right! And be a little looser instead of tighter. Other than that great shoes.

J’adore mes souliers Girotti en particulier les Platform Slip-ons 3780. Très confortable, chics et avec très bonne finition. Pour les Slip-ons 3675, la qualité du cuir et la finition était moindre bien que confortables tout de même.

La seule remarque un peu négative que j’aurais c’est par rapport aux délais de traitement des commandes et livraison. Bien que les chaussures doivent être produites et livrées outre mer, les délais se chiffraient à plusieurs mois.

Girotti is the best, if you want a unique look, you have to get this shoes, high quality gorgeous and originals design, my favorite shoes ever!!!!

The service is terrible, I ordered and paid for my shoes on 13th April (they have taken the money from my credit card) in my experience most companies wait until they ship these days. I have chased them repeatedly. They have lost the order twice and are currently as at 1st June saying the goods might ship next week I wanted them for a trip starting 6th June so will be disappointed. As compensation they have offered a 20% discount on a future pair of shoes, they must be joking! Don’t waste your money on these Cowboys.

The communication from your company wasn’t good. I had to ask for ETA multiple times. Maggie was the only person who got back to me days later. Also there was no thank you note when I received my shoes. That is not a good way to do business. Lastly the shoes look really good but are not comfortable.

I honestly love my shoes and so well made. The company is great at helping also and keeping you updated about your order

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend

I ordered a pair of shoes online from Girotti as a birthday gift for my husband. Their website clearly stated that delivery would take 10 business days, or 15 at most during busy seasons. However, I waited over a month and a half, and the order never arrived.

Throughout this entire period, I never received a single update. I had to reach out to them multiple times myself, and each time they gave vague responses like “we can’t give you an exact date.” Not once did they inform me that there was a problem with my order.

When I finally called to cancel the order, they casually admitted that a key part for making the shoes wasn’t available. I was shocked that no one had contacted me about this sooner—especially since I had repeatedly told them it was a gift.

Instead of offering an apology or solution, they were happy to cancel it and move on. This experience completely ruined a special moment I had planned, and I find it unacceptable from a company that claims to care about its customers.

I do not recommend shopping from them—poor communication, lack of responsibility, and zero customer service.
